a list of all the things we dealt with living here:ac breaking in summer, thin walls, scarce parking, giant floodlights on the building side shining through our apartment, leaking windows, leaking water heater, broken ice machine, dirty walkways, and my favorite- the bug infestation. they were literally crawling on us in our sleep.

We arrived here by chance and since then we have been living here for about 2 years. We love our home. The facilities are kept in perfect condition, their work equipment attends to any call. Thanks a lot

When you vacate, please make sure that staff completes a walk through with you so that you don’t receive any surprise deductions. If you have carpet, make sure you clean it at some point during your stay so that you are not charged for an $85 power scrub (and this was for a one bedroom with consistent use of throw rugs).

I've lived here going on two years. The management & staff are wonderful. They're engaging, highly responsive to maintenance issues or any other concerns you may have. They treat you with respect & work so hard to provide a clean & pleasent environment to live in. I'm so glad I chose Ashton Creek Farms!

All of the staff is amazing, from Maintence, and up to Amy and Holly. Everyone that works for this place is professional and down to earth. Amazing community, and very well kept. Valet trash service and all. Highly recommended.
