Sent to the Smyrna location when could not get assistance at Tanger location. Lucas was helpful in explaining options, but Tomas took care of fixing the problem and made sure phone was working before we left store. Great customer service, knowledgeable, and patient. Thanks Lucas and Tomas

I’ve always used att but after the treatment I got today I will be switching!!! The guy with grey hair not old was very rude I think his name was Calvin !!!!!! Now I’m not getting my credit for my phone!!!!!!! Super disappointed and extremely upset…..he wouldn’t even listen to me. I’ll I needed was a little help……
