We had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Smyrna, TN. Their work is excellent and our Mazda CX 5 repair looks perfect! We were updated regularly about the progress of the job and the staff is friendly and helpful...answered all of our questions. Thanks, Scotty and the entire Gerber Staff for taking such good care of us!

Booked an appointment and had my recently wrecked car towed in to their site to be fixed. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and quite put out that I had a wrecked car towed to their establishment. Then I find out that despite an appointment, they don't actually have anyone on site that is working on the cars. After waiting a while to get someone on site, I'm told that they won't have any time to fix my car for several months. One wonders why they took the appointment in the first place. Will not ever use Gerber after this experience.

Elizabeth in the glass department was so nice and very helpful with what i have going on with my car. Recommended us going with there glass partner to get the leak fixed. We will see if this fixes it. Thank you Elizabeth for the help

The team and service was more than I expected! They kept me updated on everything. From the repairs to the process with the Insurance Company. The owner and his family even personally dropped my car off to me when I couldn’t pick it up. But what truly stood out was the compassion and kindness they have for their customers. Go above and beyond to make the experience more enjoyable.
This company came highly recommended by my insurance agent. And would highly recommended them to my family and friends

Daniel the Manager along with his other Employees like Scotty were very friendly and transparent during the duration of service of my vehicle and we received effective communication via text during our repair process as well. We also called for a quick update during the Winter Storm and they were SO reassuring that things were going smoothly and it was almost finished! I felt confident that my car was in good hands after my phone call.
I can tell that they're all PASSIONATE about their work and put their customers first in all that they do because they strive to get it right by any means necessary!
The moment I laid eyes on my car I about cried at how beautiful she looked because at the time of my accident I was hoping it wasn't totalled and when I found out it wasn't I was relieved! I didn't know anything about Gerber at first, but State Farm set me up with them and I must say I am VERY pleased with my service at Gerber Collision & Glass! It's safe to say that my car looks BRAND NEW AGAIN! I am sooo happy and would 10/10 recommend!

I wish they had started the repair on Monday instead of Friday. I’m sure it sat there all weekend and I had to rent a car. They did a great job but it tool longer than I expected and paid close to $1000 for the car rental. Scotty is very professional and great at his job!!!

Be careful dealing with those people. The manager is very rude. They’re a group of gangs . They told me they unable to fix my car and asked me to leave my rental car and kept the rental car for their personal use for two weeks and their manager was involved in that.If you had to work with remember to record your miles and keep a picture of the mechanic taking your keys. They are assuming they don’t have cameras to save them crimes.
