Went to get a tail light replacement bulb but they were out of stock. I asked when they would have some and was told they didn't know then I asked if they would install it if I bought it at another store. I was told NO. I've bought parts and other items at Auto Zone off and on for years and I never had a problem with having anything installed that I knew was simple. I guess the pandemic has changed the way businesses operate.

My recent experience at AutoZone left much to be desired. I simply stopped by to purchase some oil for my 2015 Kia Soul, a routine task that should have been quick and hassle-free. However, what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal.
After grabbing the oil I needed, I passed by the mini fridge and decided to grab a Powerade before heading back to the counter. Upon reaching the checkout, I was served by a different staff member who questioned whether I had paid for the oil I had just picked up. This unexpected interrogation made me feel uncomfortable and inconvenienced, especially considering I had already paid for the oil at the same store just moments ago.
Although the issue was eventually resolved after verification, the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I expect a certain level of trust and professionalism when making purchases, and this incident fell short of those expectations.
While I appreciate the convenience of AutoZone for automotive needs, this particular encounter was not a pleasant one for me personally. I hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service and avoid similar situations in the future.

I used to work for AutoShack and Autozone after retiring from the military; things have sure changed. Today I stepped in looking for some adhesive remover and after walking through the store with not so much as a greeting, let alone offer help I left. Not one customer in the store being helped and employees hanging out at the commerial counter. Autozone's customer service has taken a serious dive, such a same.

went in to get a wiper blade replaced and some rain x. got the rain x, could not replace the wiper on the prius because it was not a snap in (FYI, lol). took the wiper to firestone but only use their own products.. Mickey was great, helped me out, and no problem returning the wiper. i always go there, they are great.

BE AWARE OF BATTERY WARRANTY SCAM!!! I went to the store and had them recharge my battery. They told me the battery was not able to charge so they told me a needed a new one!!! I told them no problem!!! I bought this battery, in the same store, February 2022. However, when they looked up the warranty, it said I had bought it February 2020!!! I was not even living in this area at that time!!! Please check your battery warranty after buying!!! Don’t be a victim!!!!

Just got my 2012 Toyota Rav 4 car battery replaced here, the whole process took 30 minutes or less. The guy who was helping me was very nice and respectful, the battery itself was a little over $200 and came with a 2 year warranty. The car didn't start properly at first but when I turned it off and started it again, it was working perfectly. That was the first time the engine turned on and actually sounded right in a really long time lol. It's still running fine now and I'm grateful for the help.

so very thankful for store manger Charles and store associate roger!!! the heating hose in the truck melted off and we needed a part or something to try to fix it. although they could order the specific part we still found something to try and fix it. they did every thing they couldn’t to help us INCLUDING staying open late for us!! they were super sweet and super nice !!

Customer service could be better I talked to a lady on the phone and she was rude from the get go. I tried to ask certain questions about pricing and she rudely interrupted me and started saying that’s it all new shift and that morning shift just left. I didn’t really understand why she bring that up cause that had nothing to do with me and the part I needed. Maybe she was having a bad day but when I tried to see if she could finish helping me so I could see if they had a part she hung up.

Very helpful people
