I highly recommend this place.Nathan and Rhondell have been working with me and l have greatly improved with the issues l was having.I can now do things that l haven't been able to do in years.They are kind,understanding and so very caring in what l am going through. They always have a smile on their faces when l come in ,ask how l am doing and genuinely care in helping me to get better.The receptionist is also kind,friendly and has a smile on her face when she greets you.Nathan and Rhondell,thank you so much for all your help to get me to feeling better.

Billing is always in disarray. They are now making you pay well over your deductible because they know your insurance will not cover all of their bogus charges. You do not get your full hour with a PT. They are shared with another patient (usually a friend whom they’re also babysitting for) while you wait for your next unsupervised exercise. They were making me pay $85 each visit instead of my $35 deductible and come to find out Star therapy will do a full hour for $100 and you get your PT person the entire time! This was my 2nd chance with Benchmark and it was the same tired story.

My name is Larson Abilla and my hip adductor was torn in April 2021. Prior to my injury, l lived a very active lifestyle, regularly enjoying activities like weight lifting, running, and judo- but I was basically immobilized by my injury for over a year. However, Kim Romano from Bemchmark in Smyrna helped me back to an active lifestyle, and I am very thankful for her rehabilitation program, which far surpassed the treatment from my HMO provider. I highly recommend Benchmark on Sam Ridley Parkway, as they go the extra mile in restoring the patient back to their original condition. Thank you Kim!

I was a patient here from October 2022 to January 2023. I had a torn hip adductor that more or less ended my ability to exercise or participate in Martial arts for over a year. However, the program made by Kim from benchmark on Sam Ridley parkway helped me get back to the active lifestyle I had before my injury. I highly recommend this location!
