Highly upset with Boost at the moment. In my area, there are 6-7 prepaid Boost Wireless stores; sHowever, for The Post Pay (Boost Infinite $25 unlimited); there IS NOT ONE SINGLE STORE NATION WIDE!!I needed to purchase a Motorola g5g outright ($189) & add a 2nd line of service and finance the same 2nd model phone ($5.25 +/-).After being blown off by the store, I contacted customer service because I wanted to see if they would be able to overnight the phones. I was cold transferred back and forth between sales and activation 6 or 7 times at least. Being a former WDTS Tech Support agent of 10x years, I know how the Wireless Industry works.. NO ONE took ownership of nor provided feedback nor any alternative solutions until one last sales rep - Kevin, I believe.The information about the last of post pay stores was provided to us by an Indirect Authorized Agent. I was told I would receive a call from the Indirect Account Manager for the Area. It's Lead by Example evidently, because we didn't hear from that person either.

Great experience. The sales guy was very helpful in switching my phone. There was a lot going on in the store and he stayed calm and even asked if I was having a food day.

Moe helped us so much and hooked us up!!!! We got a free iPhone se with porting over a phone for my little sister 5/5 stars- on getting it done. Super friendly. Super recommend they always have great deals! Moe was awesome.

Called ahead to pick up something, said they closed at 7pm arrived at 6:45 they had already locked up and all lights were off. Will shop somewhere else.

I have been a customer for over 4 years and I will never step foot in your store again. I had my first encounter with a PARANOID COVID KAREN, who was a total nut case and should never be in management. She should stay home if she is so afraid of the flu which has been around for years. Took my business down the road got a new phone and was very pleased with the service. You lost that sale. Get a life Karen!!! LOL

Hello everyone! My name is Tony and I am currently a store leader here at Boost Mobile behind Juicy Seafood in Smyrna! We are now reopened and under new management!! Our new store hours are from 10:00am to 5:00pm MONDAYS-SATURDAYS and we are closed on Sundays!!!

Paid my phone bill and my service isn’t working I have went to 3 stores to get it fixed no one does anything I bassically got robbed by a phone company they just tell me to call customer service which you have to pay to talk to someone to fix a problem that’s there fault worst phone provider ever

I would not recommend Boost Mobile to anyone based on my experience. I have had several bad experiences not only with boost but with this store. The only helpful people I have encountered were when I started my plan here. They must be the owners. The teenagers on the other hand do not care about your needs and would rather play in the back than help you. Let me just tell you paying $7 a month for insurance will not get you anywhere because if your phone is damaged they will try to charge you $200 (deductible) to replace it.

Okay, we made the switch from Sprint to Boost. We have been with them for a couple of years now. The young man that waited on us today was very nice, respectful and friendly. I like to pay my bill in person when its local. I could pay on line but keep in mind everyone need there job to survive.
