I had an excellent experience here this morning! Staff was pleasant, addressed my concerns and solved any issues I was having since I had mobile deposited a check via the app, and the funds wouldn’t release. Thank you for your help and excellent customer service!

? Review for Chase Branch in the Area ?I must admit that the tellers at this Chase branch are truly outstanding. ? However, there have been a few issues that have impacted my experience. On one occasion, I encountered a problem with the restroom access. The hostess, Lexi, seemed reluctant to open the restroom door and instead mentioned that she was on a break. This led to a teller having to step in to assist, disrupting their work.Another concern was the unavailability of a notary service when I needed it. When I inquired about its return, I was informed that the notary was on vacation for the week. This, along with the previously mentioned issues, prompted me to consider alternative options.Ultimately, the combination of these experiences, among others, led me to make the decision to move my funds to banks offering higher interest rates and superior customer service. While the tellers' performance remains commendable, it's essential for the branch to address these issues to retain customers and enhance the overall banking experience. ?? #CustomerFeedback

Our Banker Nathaniel Gray was one of the best bankers we have ever dealt with, he know very well about customer service, he also know very well about his job, Answer all our questions with patient and polite, He went above and beyond to give us the best customer service. Came in to cash a check. I was told their system was down for the day, so they wouldn't be able to cash it. However, the lady I talked to said that if she had recognized my face she would be able to cash it, but can't because she had never seen me in there before. Apparently my name on both my ID and my credit card matching my name on the check just wasn't good enough. She had to know me personally in order to cash it, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Will not cash their own checks. Don't waste your time with this bank, go to a better bank that will honor their checks.

I have walked in to this branch 2 different times in the past week or so, each time trying to open a new account. I was told to wait the first time and after 20+ min was told that I would have to come back after not having an appointment. I walk in the second time and the guy in the back office has no one in there with him and no one is sitting and waiting so I thought I might be able to open the account this time. Ha Ha Ha I was told if I do not have an appointment then they would refuse to see me. I'm still looking for another bank. Is there a bank that I can walk into without an appointment?

(Edited) I'm changing from 1 star to 4 because the manager was very diligent in helping me and the 2nd day my incoming phone calls were answered. They also advised me that a bank opened near me which helped me to solve my problem and corrected an error on my statement. I will prob come back and change to 5 stars once I receive my bonus and my account remains open. Still need company in general to address issues of new accounts opened online, notifications and more centralized customer phone support.(Original) I have been waiting for months for my $225 bonus for starting a checking account with direct deposit. They shut my original account down after I satisfied the requirements, stating that I did not complete the verification. No emails or notifications were sent advising of needed info. Then calling customer service you get transferred around to a million departments. I finally drove to this location (there is not a branch in my city). The guy seemed nice but obviously he didn't take care of my issue because still nothing. He made it sound so simple that I could call the number and follow up but now I'm calling over an hour before they close and they have the phones setup where no one will answer and it doesn't allow you to wait for someone! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible experience every time. They can't manage to open an account with a power of attorney. They can't deposit a cashier's check written out the same way it was written out before and had no problems. Incompetence is costing time and money. Unbelievable.

The Smyrna branch is very friendly. Always greeted with a helpful staff. Teller is extremely nice. Very knowledgeable.Just need more locations in middle TN
