The staff was amazing and very nice. However the wait was ridiculous. I waited 2 hours that morning, then had to leave to work from home. Came back that afternoon and had to wait 2 hours as well. The staff in the back was very good as well, but you could tell they were tired from the whole day.

The lady with the blonde hair was not empathetic to my needs at all I felt like she was rude and unprofessional, I actually heard them gossiping about the ccr who worked with the benefits manager. I will go to Murfreesboro next time

I arrived just before 8am when they open. There was about 5 to 7 people ahead of me in line. The entire staff are extremely friendly, cheerful and professional. They kept things moving quickly and I was out the door in 45 minutes. Definitely recommend.

I came in for a scratch on my eyeball. The wait was long and it was disheartening to see people getting to go back before me. They were getting testing done for their jobs, so it was a different line than the urgent care line, but it didn’t sit right with me. Once I got back, the attendants and Dr Smith were most excellent and gave me good solid care and communication. Worth the wait!

Both the Smyrna and Murfreesboro locations are so professional and efficient. It’s an easy environment to meet what you need, and the staff makes it obvious that respect for your time is number one.

My visit was for a pre-employment examination. All of the staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. The examination was conducted thoroughly and quickly. I was in and out quickly.

To many patients not enough ma's or pa's I got there at 8:10am and left at 11am 3hrs for a 20min DOT exam .

I am from out of town and took a fall and my friend took me there . I was really pleased by the way I was welcomed and everyone was so nice . If I ever need them again I will go there . Keep up the great work !!!

Waited in waiting room x 2.5 hrs on my visit for a DOT physical. I’m diabetic(type II). The law states that if you’re insulin dependent, no medical card. I’m not insulin dependent and the lady PA wants to interpret the law as she sees fit. She is only a PA. They also did a finger stick to check my sugar after waiting 2.5 hrs, in the meantime I’m eating all the snacks they had in the waiting room. Plus I had a large coffee that I had been drinking on for two hours so my sugar was high and so my PA who did the physical freaked out and then required me to get more information from my doctor. they really need to know what the law states. She has cost me a week or two of work.

The front desk nurse was very nice, but the doctor refused to see me. It was simple infection on my skin but apparently because it was from a tattoo Dr refused to see me. Ended up going to another urgent care and was seen and in and out quickly.
