Cosmo Prof in Smyrna is considered the best store located in Tennessee. The workers are so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The manager is nice and a pleasure to talk to and to deal with. Staff will help customers find everything they are looking for and go out of their ways to get products, even calling other stores if something is needed asap. While some wish for better stock of specific supplies, this is noted as a warehouse issue, not a store issue. There are no complaints, and it is highly recommended for those with a professional license to shop there.

Love the Smyrna location! Donna is always so helpfulI wish they’d stock the store better especially with guy tangs supplies but that has nothing to do with store, that’s a warehouse issue. But all of the employees try and call other stores etc if I really need something asap
