I have been a customer for a long time at this pharmacy and it was great, but for the last couple of months it has been bad. I called them yesterday before leaving my house that is 45 min away and asked them about filling my medication the young girl come back and said yea I ran it and it's good to be filled it will be ready in 30 min Aka 2:00 pm. So I got in my vehicle and headed that way, I arrived at the pharmacy around 2:35 and went to the window. The girl told me sorry it's a day early to fill your medicine! I said that's why I called first because I live 45 min away. She said sorry and closes the window. So here it is the next day and I call the pharmacy so that they can start filling it before I leave my house. After being on hold for 15 min then to have another young girl answer the phone and I tell her what I need for them to fill, she doesn't even know what the medicine is. She puts her hand over the phone and ask one of her co workers hey is there another name for this medication. I ask the girl are you new or something? I am going to get the rest of my medicine filled and I'm Changing pharmacies. These Indian people they got running this pharmacy is worthless, DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!! . Bring Jessica back!!

Dropped prescriptions off at 11:00am and was told to come back at 12. Came back at 530 and first told they were running behind. Really 6.5 hours behind???? We gave pharmacist (Morgan? - name badge hard to read) our birthdays, only to have him tell us they didn't have anything for us. He told us we must have the wrong location. I told him we most certainly did not have the wrong location and I resented the fact he was insulting our intelligence. I told him I would call my dr and get it straightened out, meanwhile he walks off with my drivers license leaving us waiting in the drive through with cars backed up. My dr called the pharmacy and gave them our prescriptions again. Meanwhile Morgan comes back to tell our prescriptions were placed under a different name.He could fill them now. We wait another 15-20 minutes in drive through and my husband gets his 1 prescription filled. When I ask where mine is he tells me he will have to see what's on file. He said he only found my husband's prescription but not mine.WAIT, DIDNT MY DR JUST CALL YOU? His exact words to me was he was busy filling prescriptions and didn't have time to check the phones. Then he told me she did not call. Another pharmacist had to step in and explain that my dr had indeed called and she was working on my prescription now. WE WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR 3 PRESCRIPTIONS THAT HAD BEEN DROPPED OFF6.5 HOURS AGO; HAD OUR INTELLIGENCE INSULTED; WAS LIED TO; AND WAS STILL MISSING 1 PRESCRIPTION BEFORE WE LEFT. HORRIBLE SERVIVE. CALLED CORPORATE AND COMPLAINED. HOPE WILLIAM DOUGLAS RETURNS MY PHONE CALL BECAUSE IF HE IS TRULY THEIR DISTRICT MANAGER, HE NEEDS TO KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THE SERVICE STINKS AT THIS LOCATION.

They never fill prescriptions in a timely matter! Make you come back several times! Who has time for that??

The staff at this Old Nashville Hwy CVS work diligently to create a great experience for all customers. The drivethrough window is efficient in the efforts to manage wait times are noticed and appreciated.

So I'm hunched over the counter in pain just needing to ask a question. Pharmacy staff won't even acknowledge me for over 30min. Now I realize they were helping others but, dont ignore others Here let me help; "Sir, someone will be right with you"... that's called good retail practices. I'm a paying customer who they lost to Walgreens

My daughter and I came here to look for nail polish. When we walked in an employee asked if we needed help. I said no. She followed us anyway and stood behind us the entire time we were there. I mean right behind us. She didn't say anything, just stood there. I walked down the aisle a little bit (the same aisle) to look at the makeup. She then called the other employee to the makeup and told her to stand either beside or behind me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome anywhere before. I don't think I can bring myself to ever go back. It was an awful experience.

Pharmacy staff are helpful and friendly, willing and ready to work with you. I have had a lot of reassuring interactions with these people.
