Beware of store employee, Emma, as she demonstrated racial profiling and strongly accosts “certain” individuals during “self-checkout.” Though “self-checkout” was the only option available during 05/04/2024 visit, Emma declined my request to be checked out at an employee-operated cash register. She proceeded to stand very close to me, infringing upon personal space, at “self-checkout.” As a gainfully employed accountant, I can afford any item in CVS store. Furthermore, my actions did not prove or suggest intent of theft, so I was confounded regarding Emma’s presumptive, distrustful demeanor. While she stated it was protocol that employees act as security guards by store’s supervisor, several customers were able to use “self-checkout” with no assistance or being accosted, once my transaction was completed. If Emma’s concern is certain individuals cannot be trusted to scan all items at “self-checkout,” she should consider being compliant with her job responsibilities, “mandating certain” customers to use OPEN, employee-operated cash registers instead.

I only give the pharmacy one star because I have to. I’ve been filling scripts here for years. Typically, with no issue. This morning, the pharmacist and techs were all almost ten minutes late opening. It was like they filled scripts then left all together and came back all together. The phone was ringing, the drive thru door bell was going off, people were in line, the young man with cash trays for the registers waiting for employees to show up. I eventually asked him if a pharmacist was even on duty today. He was unsure. When he went to check they all scooted in together, not in ANY hurry saying, “are you waiting on me?” Yes, everyone is waiting on you. It’s wildly unprofessional to show up almost ten minutes late, then take your time, everyone be slow and huffy and puffy and rude to people. Without a single apology, good morning or positive attitude. There was none in sight. The pharmacy manager should be embarrassed. Your employees should be prompt and if they can’t be then they don’t need to be employed there, even the pharmacist lacked any motivation, customer service attitude, promptness or care in the world. They all loooed annoyed to be there.

I would give no stars if the option was available. I work in the health care industry myself and I would never talk to a patient or coworker in the manner I received after having to phone in the other day.I would just like to say after having a phone conversation with the pharmacist Horton I am definitely sure all the bad reviews are true. He was extremely rude to the point I had to hang up on him just to not have a back and forth match with him. I was calling for a patient and was treated with so much disrespect. He was very condescending and refused to listen to what I was explaining to him. I do not recommend any patients go to this pharmacy where there is this type of individual in charge of your health care needs. If he treats and disrespects a fellow healthcare worker in this manner, I can’t begin to imagine just how horrible he is towards patients. This guy is not a great representation of CVS and also not someone that should be in a position to take care of others in need.

The service was so slow and the last time I had to go there, they were much better. Calling the store was so much better than the last.

Looked at the Minute Clinic schedule on-line before leaving the house and it was wide open. Plus it showed - no appointment needed, come on in! We drove over there, which took us 8 minutes, because of the rediculous redlight crossing Sam Ridley. We make it to the store, go in and there's no one there waiting. There was no one there to talk to either. I noticed 8 iPads on a table and they all said they were locked and useless. Then I noticed a kiosk, kind of like a Netflix box. We typed all our info in and picked the appointment time within five minutes. YAY! We thought. Then we had to zip our debit card ? through and it sat there for a while and then came up with an error on the screen that our apointment time was no longer available and we would have to wait two hours. Of course, at that point I was pissed and we walked to the car, and then I thought, hey - what if they charge our card. I need a confirmation the entire deal is canceled. So we went back in and one of the doctor's doors was open. I asked if I could speak to them a second and she said sure. I told her everything that happened and she said come on in. She saw my son and helped us on the spot. The automation of everything is killing business. Even though she helped us, this time - I don't ever want to go through any of that ever again. Now I know how these systems are, I wont support them. I do apprecaite the human doctor doing good for us, but the corporate policy is sick and should just die, like the $10000 worth of worthless iPads we saw on the table.

Worst customer service in the pharmacy ever. If I could give them a -0, I would. After being a loyal customer for years, this was an experience that I would say its time to move on. Mucdalifa is very rude and very argumentive and she told me I needed to get a life, the pharmacy manager appeared to be afraid to deescalate her behavior. This young lady never smiles and never asks to help she always says what or yeah.

I’ve tried to call multiple times and each time I either get hung up on or placed on hold immediately for 10+ minutes. Each call.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. I drove there before than could answer the phone. Ask attendant do you want to speak to yourself on my phone.
