Worst experience I have ever had. Long and short, please don’t call an hour before they close to change, modify, or discuss your rental. The “please hold” began at 4:15 and never ended. I was on hold at 5:41, when the office closed at 5:30. I would have taken actual facts in that there was nothing the office worker was going to do, since it was an hour before closing. I WAS JUST LEFT ON HOLD!! I’m absolutely furious that it’s so easy to drop a call an hour before closing. Enterprise was my go to Company with my Platinum Amex. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THESE BUFFOONS EVER AGAIN…And I’m an Emerald Member.

Evan was amazing. He was the only one working for whatever reason but he communicated as soon as i came in he told me it would be a wait. I let him know I would be patient. He still got to me in 9 minutes... Already had my car ready. He's A really good worker.

I rented a car here for a month. When I dropped it off I was told I was getting a $86 refund because I was turning it in early and my deposit. Then a day later I get charged $197!!!!! Obviously they didn’t answer their phone or email me a receipt of why I was getting charged. Just stay away from this location they are impossible to get in touch with.

I had the pleasure of working with Chevy this past weekend for a trip out of state and even though it’s been years since I’ve rented a car, the process was so smooth and he was very busy when I got there. Several people were waiting and he advised us that he was working hard to get us out of there with a car. The crew did a great job I thought for such a typical busy day. I took the car back today and it was a very quick process and the gentleman who drove me home was very courteous and professional. I wish I could remember his name as it escapes me right now. Thank you all for doing what you do. I appreciate you.

It was my first time renting with Enterprise I was nervous because of some reviews but I'm glad I chose the Smyrna TN location I was met at the door with a smile by a young man named Joshua Gray he made my day he walked me through the process and kept a smile on his face the whole time even the manager was great. I will always come to this location whenever I need a rental

Didn't get my deposit back and I was over charged. They won't refund it. Was given a car in Dyersburg that had cracks in windshield and needed an oil change, Smyrna was my drop off location, Had to keep cutting my trip short after 2 bad cars that I had to return to Dyersburg over 200 miles away. Was given a different car in Smyrna. I was supposed to have free days due to inconvenience, but it wasn't. Now my account is overdrawn and I keep getting the run around. Very disappointed. I never had a bad experience with Enterpise until now. Wish I could give 0 stars. The gentleman in Smyrna were nice though.

Manager does a good job, you can tell he cares...it's just a difficult position a lot of times. We had to get a suv from another location since he didn't have one but was accommodating and showed good customer service when we returned it
