Manager does a good job, you can tell he cares...it's just a difficult position a lot of times. We had to get a suv from another location since he didn't have one but was accommodating and showed good customer service when we returned it

Prearranged rental for 10/13 through 10/15. Car was to be picked up at the Smyrna Airport (Azure Flight Support). Car not available upon arrival. Numerous calls from Azure Flight Support to the Smyrna TN Enterprise location provided only promises that the car was on it's way. Finally borrowed a car from Azure Flight Support to bring my passenger to their destination. Returned to find the car delivered but without the keys. Waited again until Enterprise returned with the keys. 2+ hour delay in getting our car. Car was absolutely filthy and smelled badly of cigarettes. Called the location repetitively to obtain a different vehicle - the Smyrna location will simply not answer the phone - it transfers to an outsourced general number who just redirects the call to the local number. Continued trying to get the car changed by trying the Nashville Airport location - left a message there but never received a return call. Upon returning the car (as was prearranged) to Azure Flight Support I was charged time on the car for greater than a 48 hour rental period when, as a result of Enterprise's failure to deliver the car on time, no such overage occurred. Poor/non-existent communication, totally disorganized, dishonest location.

Great service. Was picked up by employee KD who was a awesome & safe driver who took me to Enterprise in Smyrna from Caliber Collision so I could pick up my rent a car. KD was very helpful,kind & polite. He helped me with my walker. I met Evan who took my info and got the paperwork done to get me into my rent a car. He was polite & helpful. It took maybe 10 minutes & I was ready to get into my rent a car. Again Rep: KD put my walker in the car and the car was a Nissan Altima. It was very nice & clean. KD went over the car with me and I was allowed to film the car to make sure of any damage before I left. KD had the car Cool inside for me on this hot day. I have only had to rent a car twice and both times it has been from this Enterprise Rent-A-Car.Both times have been awesome experiences I highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car if you ever need to rent a car. Thank You KD & Evan for your awesome help & service.

Arrived 15 min before they closed, left two min before with no car. There was a lobby full of people, phone ringing. Understaffed location, not a pleasant experience.

Ciarra is absolutely amazing!!! I cannot stress this enough. It was a whole mess trying to get my rental with insurance and in busy Nashville and she went above and beyond to assist me.

Smyrna,Tn. Enterprise staff is very courteous and well trained. They make it easy on the customer. when an issue comes up they have been fast to respond and resolve any complaints I have ever had. Its nice not having to travel to Nashville or Murfreesboro to get a rental when needed.

Went to this place today to return my fathers car and by far the worst service ever!! The manager which is black !! Was rude as ever!! He left my sister waiting for over an hour as he waited on other customers and ignored us the whole time. I even asked myself what was the hold up!! I will continue to rent through Turo until that location get another manager that’s not of color to run this Evan is his name!! Just rude and unjust and unprofessional in this field. He needs to go and work for a zoo at this point.

They rarely have 3rd row passenger vehicles and if its not for insurance the prices are ridiculous.

We rented a car out and it was towed because enterprise failed to change expired tags. Which is something, we that are renting, should NOT have to worry about. So we are going on day 2 of not having a car we are paying for and of course they are closed for memorial weekend and won’t be open till Tuesday! We are trying to get a new rental from the enterprise in the Nashville airport but of course they aren’t even answering our phone calls. Se we are stuck with no car or our 2 year old and 8 month olds car seats. And no groceries for us or them. So I would not say that you can rent from this place with peace of mind because obviously they can’t even keep up with their tags nor even care that we are going through this and have been put in this position because of failure on their part!! This is RIDICULOUS.

There are nice people there. But don't get twisted they didn't have right car pick out like online. They was trying get in small car am like that not what apply for. Didn't not inform me of $300.00 deposit fee with car rental and insurance rate. They didn't inform me of a Cash card can't approve or Prepaid card can't be used. Only Bank card. I was so disappoint at how they have me show up no rental car I couldn't get off lot. Poor commutation service
