I scheduled an appointment for a pedicure today and the pedicurist rushed through the service, she only spent 15 minutes completing my pedicure. There was also a huge black speck on one of my toes that she left encapsulated in the polish. I am not pleased and will not be back.

I took my granddaughter here yesterday for a mani/pedi (child’s) after 2 hrs her polish had came off half of her fingernails & toes. For what I paid it should have stayed on at least a week.. her services was $40 & my pedi alone $40.i think they need better lighting inside when t as king care of clients., im not very happy & will take her to another place the next time…

I went in today to get my nails cut down. The lady was really nice and handled the job. I definitely will come back bc its convenient. The shop was nice and clear without a lot of noise.

I went here instead of my regular place due to scheduling. The lady that welcomed me was very nice and friendly. I learned that she couldn't do my nails because she didn't know how to do dip. The next lady seemed very inconvenienced that she had to do my mani and pedi at first. Fast forward a week: my toes are chipping all around my toes which is something I never experienced within a week of getting them done. And one of my finger nails was splitting in half. I went the following morning as soon as they opened to avoid appointments etc. I was basically dismissed because I didn't have an appointment although their sign says "walk ins welcome". Instead of taking the dip completely off and starting over she decided to just put more dip on top. Which, I asked her why considering my nail was split underneath. Her response was that she does it like this all the time. Well, 3 days later, my nail fully split in the middle of the nail bed. This was an additional 4 days of pain that could have been avoided had they just fixed them correctly. I won't be coming back here.

I had a dip manicure done here 2 weeks ago, I was absolutely impressed and thrilled with the results. The technicians were kind and did a wonderful job. The shape and color turned out beautiful and I will be going back.

I started to get my nails done as a little self care time away from my daily life and I haven't been happier going to Essence. I have found my girl, Cameron, that I go to consistently now. She remembers who I am and I've only seen her a handful of times. She does such a great job, accommodates my schedule and I am truly pleased with her and the environment. Everyone is so sweet and fun to be around. I will keep coming back!
