I do love Harbor Freight and I wish it could be my first choice for shopping but, unlike Lowes and Home Depot they don't give discounts to Veterans. Pretty much all thier compedators show appiciation to the military for securing thier freedom by offering 10% at the register. Remember 9/11, well there are teenagers that went a lost limbs after 9/11 avenging our country.

I love this store, so happy they moved into Smyrna. I went Friday 12/29/23 to use my 25% off digital coupon. When I came in there was a male employee standing near the register watching the only cashier work, when it was time for me to cash out he was still standing there watching the only cashier work, as the line increased to about 5 customers he walked away instead of opening another register????

Long lines, one cashier. I saw the cashier overcharge someone, and she literally told the person he couldn't his tax money back on the double scanned item. This store needs management help. It reflects in the employees.

Staff is helpful prices are good, their quality has gone way up in the last 15 years.And the manager or assistant manager is always jumping in to help me find things when I need it so I’m very impressed with them!
