I just went for an Amazon return. I liked that the returns are handled close to the front door. The person handling the return wasn't friendly at all, complained about having to bag up the items, no eye contact, no greeting. Maybe these things don't matter 🤷♀️

Went to look for Sephora makeup but the selection is so large I couldn't decide what to get & there wasn't an employee to help. The store has changed drastically and not much of a selection for clothes other than casual workout gear. Very disappointed.
