The guy that helped me today was absolutely great! He explained everything to me in detail and helped me understand everything clearly. This was a huge task that I didn’t want to do and he made this project so much easier. I am very happy with my experience.

The customer service at the location in Smyrna is unmatched. She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they offer. She took the time to show me around the facility and let me make the choice from options she provided. I felt comfortable leaving my items at this storage! Life Storage is my new favorite. I was headed to another storage place on my quest to find the best. My run ended here! Great job!

So I have 2 storage units with life storage and when I say Cody Hill has been a life saver when it comes to calling and letting me know when my bill is due. If I could rate her any higher I would. Thank you Cody for all you do.a

It seems since Covid our world has changed as has the way we conduct business. It can be frustrating when needing assistance and you can’t reach someone or they don’t seem to be as committed to helping. Cody assisted me in renting a unit. She was extremely patient as I was driving to an appointment while conducting business. The skills she possesses are unbelievable. She focused on my needs, covered all the terms and conditions, truthfully and made my day a bit brighter. It felt like I had known her forever. When I finally arrived in person to sign the documents, ready… She spent time just talking with me and you just don’t find that every day so kudos and thank you.Further that, I was on my way to a different facility which offered only outdoor entrance to unit without climate control and was $15 more per month. I was able to immediately move a few pieces of furniture into my storage unit easily due to the carts available and my lock was already in my unit. I would recommend this company but certainly this location.

We rented a small unit for 8 months and had ZERO issues. Our rate stayed the same, unlike other storage companies we previously used. The staff was friendly and the building was always clean. 100% recommend!!

This place is very secure and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We are sincerely impressed. We had to have three units and they took care of us immediately and ensured that they were right near each other. Highly satisfied and couldn’t recommend more!
