“Wow, excellent Customer Serviced. I went to the store with 7 items, I was nerve, and Mr. Hana was very kind and very patience with me, explain all the process and make my return a great experience. Thank you!!”
“Special shout-out to TONY who was so patient and kind to me at UPS. I was unsure how to return items to Amazon because of a new phone and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All employees there are great, but Tony is a notch about them all. Thanks, Tony!”
“I have come to this location for ups services and Notary. This review is about notary services. I have used Maya for my notary work. She is 10/10 professional, friendly with careful attention to detail and her hand writing is perfect. I am so pleased with everything at this store. I should add that not just Maya, but everyone at this UPS Store is really friendly and provides excellent service.”
“Amy is fantastic! She is always helpful, very knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. It’s always great to stop in because I know I am in good hands!”
“I cannot praise Kevin Sykes, the owner of Postal Annex in Antioch TN , more highly for the stellar service he provided my family. After my stepmother died he shipped things all over the country to various family members, many were heavy or extremely fragile. Kevin successfully shipped many framed art works that were extremely vulnerable and they ALL arrived in perfect condition. But besides all that , he's just a pleasure to work with from picking up a truckload of items at the condo to conferring on the phone. Very honest, very polite, and very trustworthy. Thank you Kevin for all your hard work!!!”
“Amazing service. Had an issue with a package that wasn’t even their fault and they worked with me to resolve it. Ashley went above and beyond but everyone is always so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!”
“The team at this UPS Store went above and beyond to get my prescription glasses sent to me. I left them in a hotel while visiting Murfreesboro TN. A staff member from this store went to the hotel to pick them up and promptly got them shipped to me safely. THANK YOU!!!”
