I am 32 years old and just had my first mattress buying experience yesterday. I had typically got hand me down mattresses this one I have now is over 20 years old it was time for a update and upgrade, but I did not know where or how to begin. I figured a good place to start was mattress firm. I walked and greeted by the gentleman named Joshua. He did a great and fantastic job of helping my fiance and I with finding a new mattress. I didn't know how long the process was going to take but the time length was worth it with an investment such as buying a mattress. Joshua was very knowledgeable very personable he told us he had been working there for 10 years and it showed. He knew what he was talking about, made all sorts of suggestions let us try out a bunch of different mattresses made some recommendations with the type he uses. He never pressured Us into buying as you feel like most salesmen do. In my opinion it was a really great experience even though mattresses themselves are not cheap.
