This place was amazing! Other tax agencies wanted to charge me over $400 and this place helped me for a fraction of the price! The customer service was impeccable even when I had about a thousand questions. My tax agent Elizabeth was very understanding and walked me through every step. The receptionist Nick was also very helpful when setting up my appointment. I was late for my appointment but they squeezed me in regardless. I will be filing my taxes with this company from now on! If you need a reliable tax service this is the place to go!

My mom started using these guys back in the 90’s with the old man himself for her small business. I have continued to use Mid TN Tax Services for my small business and I do not regret it! Elizabeth and Britney are my go to for the last 8yrs I have owned my business. They help me with everything I could need! Not only do I support small businesses but to support another hard working second generation business is well worth it to me. Thank you to everyone here for all your help!

My boyfriend has been going here for over 15 years. I went myself for the first time this year. They were able to provide an appointment for me the very next day. Elizabeth was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I used to use turbo tax all these past years, but I’m officially making the switch to here every year.

First of all, soon as I arrived the receptionist greeted me and was so kind. I enjoyed my talk with her. Then I saw Brittany Waters and she was Awesome! She was very busy and still had a great attitude. She handled a big task and I was not only relieved but pleasantly surprised. I am so glad I went there. I will be back next year. Thank you for all your help and kindness.

Talked to Brittany on the 17 to get app. Said she could get me in that day best place by far I ever had my taxes done at professional great price friendly and explained everything would recommend to anyone

I arrived 10 mins early for an appointment and had to wait 1h 30m. They filed my taxes and charged double what I was told over the phone a week before. Generally unprofessional, could be called casual. Bad first impression. Family dog got out a few times, for people who are allergic. Full waiting room was attributed by staff as a byproduct of one employee's day off. Probably not going there again if missing 1 member of staff leads to poor overall service.
