“I when to get new tires put on they only had two of the ones that I had picked. The trucks going to be a few days before the other two come in but I'm not mad. They broke the TPMS stem, but they replaced the whole entire thing for free.”

“Never in a million years thought that I'd fall in love with a mechanic shop, but here we are! So here's the deal with these guys: they may be pricier because their mechanics are SPECIALISTS with imports (which means they know what's going on with YOUR CAR... the more complex makes), but they are the most HONEST, considerate, and kind mechanic shop out there. The customer service (JORDAN!) has single-handedly restored my faith in humanity. If you drive an import- these are the guys to bring it to.”
“Wow! I’m near Athens GA. Called Drop Swap at 8AM on a Saturday about my daughter’s car in Murfreesboro. The car was leaking oil from drain plug. They were close by and put a new crush washer on the drain plug at NO CHARGE all by 9AM! I’m shocked! Sold on using Drop Swap moving forward. Thanks Nick and Josh!”
“The Good:
1. Took about 15 minutes from pulling up to the store to pulling out of the store.
2. Check the website or call before you go, they love giving coupons!
3. They showed me what they were doing and were honest about each thing. My air filter was a little dirty but not bad, and the guy told me they could replace it for $25, but that it looked like it still had life left.
The Meh:
1. It is a bit pricy, but not rip-off territory. My oil change, windshield washer fill, tire pressure fill, and inspection was $84.50 after taxes and the coupon.
The Bad: Nothing to speak of!”

“Came in for an oil change and break fluid exchange. We found there was more going on with the car. But the manager and the team were very detailed when explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done, what my options were, and left it up to me to decide what I wanted to do. They showed a break down of every quote and price and did a very good job in everything I asked of them. They were very attentive and helpful as if it was their own car and family. No tricks or scams just an honest & detailed explanation of what they recommend but no push to have things done then and there.”

Their technicians are excellent and took the time to make sure the service was done right and that I understood what they did. I had an appointment at 8a.m., they got my car right in, within 30 mins or so manager came and told me what my car needed, which I knew that service was due. He didn't try to sell me anymore than what I needed. Great customer service, friendly, and personable as well. “I have been going here for years and even though some faces have changed the service is always great. Sometimes you may have to wait, but they always try to work you in as much as possible. So many shops are backed up these days with work so I really appreciate that. They also price match tires which is nice because it saves you from having to go to another shop. Keep it up! “Techs were very thorough and took care to remove the oil on top to avoid wear on the drain plug below. No one has done that before. Went to jiffy lube before this and they didn’t even put the correct mileage in. I’ll definitely go back”

“I have always had a great experience here. Everyone always seems really friendly and easygoing. Never too pushy or condescending either which is really comforting.
I see a surprising amount of negative reviews for this location, but upon a closer look, it seems like a fair amount of customers that have unrealistic expectations of an express service or customer service interactions, not to mention some of these reviews just being straight-up racist. Idk what they're on about because this place has always been SO NICE to me, and I hate to see that they may not be treated well by customers.
