“I've taken my cars to different places to get the oil changed. Sometimes I pay a lot. But here recently I learned that those other places just don't do anything any better than the great people at Walmart. So for the price I get a much better value for my hard-earned money at this Walmart. I used to pay more at those other places because I thought they had a guarantee. Well one of those places almost blew up my engine one time because they didn't put the oil in and when I went to tell him that they messed up my car the manager told me that they have lawyers ready for people like me and I wouldn't stand a chance of getting my car fixed anytime soon and I'd probably run out of money before they got done. So after that happened, I went back over there to talk to him again and he was gone! Corporate had moved him away to another place.So now I'm just going to go to Walmart. I'm going to check my dipstick and my oil filter is on good. That's it. It's as simple as that. I'm going to give my support to people who do better and help more. If you are going shopping, you might as well get your oil changed, too.”
“This was my first visit but it will not be my last. The service guys were amazing. They took the time to not only explain service but also show me old versus new. I will definitely be returning.”
“The Good:
1. Took about 15 minutes from pulling up to the store to pulling out of the store.
2. Check the website or call before you go, they love giving coupons!
3. They showed me what they were doing and were honest about each thing. My air filter was a little dirty but not bad, and the guy told me they could replace it for $25, but that it looked like it still had life left.
The Meh:
1. It is a bit pricy, but not rip-off territory. My oil change, windshield washer fill, tire pressure fill, and inspection was $84.50 after taxes and the coupon.
The Bad: Nothing to speak of!”
“I have used this company twice now and they've been truly fantastic both times. They are extremely responsive, convenient and the service is above and beyond. Their technicians are excellent and took the time to make sure the service was done right and that I understood what they did. Their pricing was very reasonable and they were fully transparent about what I needed and what it would cost. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.”
“Wow! I’m near Athens GA. Called Drop Swap at 8AM on a Saturday about my daughter’s car in Murfreesboro. The car was leaking oil from drain plug. They were close by and put a new crush washer on the drain plug at NO CHARGE all by 9AM! I’m shocked! Sold on using Drop Swap moving forward. Thanks Nick and Josh!”

“Came in for an oil change and break fluid exchange. We found there was more going on with the car. But the manager and the team were very detailed when explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done, what my options were, and left it up to me to decide what I wanted to do. They showed a break down of every quote and price and did a very good job in everything I asked of them. They were very attentive and helpful as if it was their own car and family. No tricks or scams just an honest & detailed explanation of what they recommend but no push to have things done then and there.”
“I just got an email asking me to leave a review for Rays. I went there about 7 years ago, but their service was memorable. I went to Toyota of Murfreesboro for a catalytic converter recall, and they tried to force me to agree to over $5000 of work over a small oil leak. I had never seen a drop under the truck. I took it to Rays and they found that the Toyota tech had damaged my oil pressure sensor! They replaced it in one day for $150”
“Eurofix always performs the work requested and informs you to give you a choice regarding other concerns. The staff is competent and customer friendly. It is great to have them in Murfreesboro!”
“Chris and the mechanics were awesome . I had a brake down in the area and i called every shop around and they couldn't get me in because it was a Friday . But a friend of mine told me to reach out to these guys and they got me right in and got me rolling again .”
“I have been going here for years and even though some faces have changed the service is always great. Sometimes you may have to wait, but they always try to work you in as much as possible. So many shops are backed up these days with work so I really appreciate that. They also price match tires which is nice because it saves you from having to go to another shop. Keep it up! “Techs were very thorough and took care to remove the oil on top to avoid wear on the drain plug below. No one has done that before. Went to jiffy lube before this and they didn’t even put the correct mileage in. I’ll definitely go back”
“I just googled this place while I was at a gas station and read the good reviews. I needed two new front tires, wheel alignment and balancing. Done in two hours with no problems at all. Thank you, Jason and staff!”
“Employees appeared to be short staffed but remained professional and efficient. Also, I was alerted it could take a while, although the wait was not long. The tire prices were reasonable. Overall great service.”
“I have always had a great experience here. Everyone always seems really friendly and easygoing. Never too pushy or condescending either which is really comforting.
I see a surprising amount of negative reviews for this location, but upon a closer look, it seems like a fair amount of customers that have unrealistic expectations of an express service or customer service interactions, not to mention some of these reviews just being straight-up racist. Idk what they're on about because this place has always been SO NICE to me, and I hate to see that they may not be treated well by customers.

“I've always had amazing service for my car. I had an issue with a tire, which had the road hazard on it. They got me right in and had my tire on and rotated pretty quickly.”
“If you make an appointment online they seem to get things done relatively quickly. Though I've heard walk ins can take forever. Plan ahead and you wont be there all day just long enough to get your groceries while they work.”
“I came in about a month ago and I had to get my tires changed. It was last minute and Chris and his Nephew Chris did not hesitate. They were cool and got me in and out in 30 minutes. If I every have any other issues I’m gonna take it to them for sure in the future.”
