Avoid !!I bought truck from there new 2023 579 90000 miles on truck show low voltage went to different dealership and cost me around 3-5000 $ and they not able to find the issue and didn't cover under warranty and they promised me to refund all expenses but then they stopped answering to text and calls. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Worst truck service I have ever seen in my 15 years of semi truck driving. They charge 224$ per hour, they lie at the beginning, I advise you guys not to go there, because they will just rip your wallet off. All those 3 ladies that are at reception are stealers, they have done nothing to my truck and they say keep "oh you know our technician will be here second shift in the evening, when you wait till second shift then they say: "oh you know our technician will be here in the morning" and then you wait till morning then they say "oh our technician is working 200 trucks ahead of you so please wait, they keep lying till you stay there as long as they want. It's so sad that this company never been audited for financial fraud. My truck has been done anything, but they told me that we did this and that, but in fact my truck has been done nothing. They didn't know that I'm semi truck master technician myself and and that you can not lie to me. I didn't have my tools with and of course a place to fix my truck. Disgusting company and service, ??? ???

We have recently bought two 2024 Peterbilt's for Rush, within the last 3 weeks, and we absolutely love them! Great trucks, fantastic service, WONDERFUL people to work with! We highly recommend talking to Brett Strassburg! He is knowledgeable, timely and wonderful to work with! He cares about his customers and their experience as well.

AVOID!!!! Rush’s body shop had one of our service trucks for over 7 months to replace the cab and hood. After they finally got the new cab on 6 months later they realized the cab mounts were broken. How was this not noticed until the new cab was installed?? Had to call repeatedly to try and get any updates and Daniel would rarely return phone calls. Said they were having issues with the crane. Sent one of our techs to look at it and he called the crane manufacturer while he was at Rush’s shop. They told him to have Rush call them and they could walk them through it over the phone. Finally got tired of waiting on Rush and went to pick the truck up and either fix ourselves or take somewhere else. Got there to pick it up and crane still doesn’t work, (they obviously never called the manufacturer) passenger side headlight is not working, passenger side taillights stay on and the check engine light was on. Body shop manager would not even work with us on final invoice and said “the bill is what it is” even though the truck wasn’t completed. We lost tons of revenue over the past 7+ months from being down a truck. Will never use Rush again.

The worst ever!!!! I will be doing a vlog with this experience. Lackadaisical environment. With truckers struggling right now. They can care less. My truck came in last Friday and wasn't seen for diagnostics till Tuesday. Then, I was told the truck will be worked on by Thursday or Friday. Today is Friday, and now there is no estimated time on anything being done. Waiting for emails from parts and estimates. So, I am sitting in a hotel for week for nothing. I'm pulling the truck out with nothing done because it's ridiculous! Don't have any warranty cause they are really going to take their time!

First time coming here with my company truck. I was meet with a nasty additude. I came in a little on edge because how I feed my family is messed up. Now worried about that I came in and was meet with this. I hope this lady reads this message. Next time you meet some of us truck drivers your first meeting with one could one of two way good or bad. Just remember if we are here we are already upset because we are here knowing that feeding our families is glin plus you have know idea what we are going through in our lives. Thanks for making my day worse than it already was with your bad attitude. Hope you have a blessed day.

The old saying it’s in the shop more than it’s on the road is true if you use Rush in Nashville. 15 days in the shop for a simple headlight repair. I better understand the amount of repossessions paccar is experiencing if having to go in the shop it’s going to be there a long time. The time down is several several thousands in lost revenue. You’re better off finding a shop and eating the warranty repair yourself.

I got emergency on the road, called to that location to get warranty service. They told me no way to get assistance on the road and gave me towing contact. When towing come, my truck was able to move. I've dropped the load and came to location. A day they waist for check in, woman was rude not cooperative at all. She didn't provide any information when I'll get assistance for warranty and provide me tu use hotel right in front. Hotel is 110 per night, that's more expensive that at Miami Beach, LOL. Next day I again came to get 2 hours assistance. They open gate at 7am, but never start work before 9. Waist again whole day and they refuse to provide any update when my truck is ready. At evening I found out they will keep my truck for a few days. Was not possible to talk to supervisor, was no any chance to understand who they do check in line. They were assist another trucks they have SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP. Got my teuck back after spent 2 days, paid 800 for unnecessary towing, they charged me 126 for unknowing assistance. THIS PLACE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SERVING TRUCK. ILL PUT CLAIM TO INSURANSE COMPANY TO VERIFY THE PARKING SPACE AVALIABILITY. NEVER-NEVER-NEVER AGAIN. I involved attorney to return 125$ they charged me for nothing. One more thing, tgey don't lije owners, they lije to cheat company drivers to get chance to extend assistance for weeks and do their dirty business. NOT PROFDESIONAL, NOT BUSINESS MINDED, NO ORGANIZATION, NO DISCHIPLINE. THEY DESTROY YOUR BUSINES AND REFUSE TO HEAR. Just DISGUASTING.

Came in for a Fontaine rebuild and a spill and fill. At the end on day. I was supposed to be pretty much in and out according to other shops approximately 2-3 hrs to finish the work. I was in the shop from opening to closing and they shafted me with a 1400$ bill and the rebuild wasn’t even done correctly as there is a loose spring in the assembly just dangling under the plate. And they over filled my motor causing it to smoke when it regens, expensive shop and shorty work. I almost called the cops because I felt robbed. A 5th wheel rebuild at any decent shop is 1.5 hrs-2 hrs. Not my fault if you guys don’t know what they have gotten into. Get him some help.
