It's probably the cleanest and most organized store in Nashville. I really liked their customer service. I highly recommend it. Excellent work and very safe. They also have very good prices.

The lady at the front is a fantastic person. She goes out of her way to be helpful and it is a pleasure to work with her. The units are clean and safe. I highly recommend this storage place for your needs.

Pack Rat is a great, secure and well kept storage facility. We have used used them for years without any issues. The units come in several sizes so you can pay for just the size you need. The staff is friendly and on site if you need them.

This is truly the best storage facility I've ever used and I have used plenty. The units are clean the grounds are spotless and the staff in smyrna are great. Such a good decision I made storing my personal home goods.

Super, Super friendly staff. Sulisha has always been pleasant every time I've visited. I needed a special rental request in the beginning and they were so accommodating which made things a bit lighter for me and less stressful.
