Don't go to this place! Was told that I can not tell them what to do once they start working on my nails! What the hell!! I'm paying my money for a service and can't saying what I like or don't like about what you are doing to my nails. Will price gouge... every price have a + sign added. Don't know how much you will pay at the end. And what shop put nail tips on for a set of nails without cutting down your own nails so that bacteria won't grow underneath. Can set up bacteria underneath if not cut down. That was taught basic 101 in school. She was just being lazy. She was very rude (the heavier woman) and..non professional. I am a licensed retired nails and hairstylist and was in shock at what I experienced. Do not..Do not go to this place. Customer satisfaction is always first in a business! You are NEVER supppse to tell a paying customer that they can't tell you what to do! Are you crazy????? Must be!!

I’ve never had an issue before but keep in mind I always pay almost 150 and up for a pedicure. This time I walked in and told them I wanted just a polish and no gel this time. I was immediately greeted with an attitude. So the 1 time I decide I don’t want gel now I get an attitude. I don’t like that at all. Especially because I’ve been several times before and was never disrespected like I was today. It’s unacceptable. After today I won’t be back you don’t treat people differently just because of how much they are paying.

Ladies at this facility are great! I went to my usual nail salon that was packed and it was after Easter which was crazy! So in a pinch I needed to get ONE nail fixed which was my big toe painted white. I was taken care of right away and paid $15.00 for the gel pedicure fix. I will definitely be back! Oh they also informed me about ordering clothes and other products from Shein instead of Temu which was an interesting conversation but good to know overall.

I did acrylic and it lasted for a week because everything started peeling off . I went bank and they were soo rude . Very unprofessional

I went to get my acrylic removed, but the guy who did my nails used a nail tip (the ones they put on when doing acrylic) to remove them. As a result, he put a hole in my nail bed. He tried to patch it with nail glue so he could continue the service. I asked him to finish rounding my nails (he’d clipped them while I was examining the hole) and left.

Attention!!! Yesterday, 06/16/2024, I went to this place and they charged me $220 for a manicure and pedicure. I feel scammed.

I went in and asked for a full set of nails. The neltech at stall number 5 was very disrespectful. She told me she could not help me because she was busy and I respectfully sat down and waited while I was waiting. I wanted to look at the nail polishes. As I picked up the nail Polish ring she starts yelling at me telling me that I was supposed to wait for her to give that to me never. Once. Have I ever waited for someone to ask me to look at nail Polish? I will never go back. I've always dealt with Kelly and the woman that was there. Today I was racially profiled against by this place. They refused to turn the chair on for me when I asked if she would she said the chair was broken then when I asked if we could move to another chair she told me she couldn't do my nails threw a towel on the floor told me she will not do my pedicure turned the lights out then told me bye.

I don't recommend this place! I'm conflicted because they did what I asked but definitely priced gouged me! I agreed to the 70 dollars pedicure. 50 dollars for the spa pedicure and 20 dollars for gel polish. So I asked for stiletto pink and white nails. Okay, I expected my nails to be 100 on their own. But to my shock, they quoted me 240 at the register. Now I paid because they did do exactly as I asked. But not one price list is posted and they never quoted a price to me. 115 for the shape and length 15 to remove the previous set 20 dollars for pink gel 20 for white gel. Now I respect a person in the service industry but I'm not a fool. They definitely got over and I won't be back no matter the work quality. Don't try to rob me! Because what if I didn't have 240 for just nails!?

Twice I’ve been asked to pay first. Each time a white person comes in after me they never asks them to pay first. They Rude and Racist. I will not be going there ever again. That’s why they can’t do anything but polish my toes. The facility is dirty also.
