My clothes were supposed to be ready on Monday 11/3. They were not even opened. My husband had been there 6x and it wasn't ready. Then they charged us 83.00 unreal the lady there was very rude. I would not recommend this place at all.

I had my rugs cleaned at M&K Pristine Cleaners, and they did an excellent job. The rugs look clean and bright, and the service was quick and affordable. I'll definitely be back.

The man who I interacted with when I dropped off and picked up my jacket was very polite and kind. The low rating is due to the price and quality of service. I paid $31 for just one jacket to be cleaned, and for the ribbon that you hang the jacket on a coat rack to be sewn a bit because it was almost ripped. The price was higher than any other cleaner I've been to. The sewing on the ribbon was sloppy and may not hold for long. I received the jacket back with lots of fuzz and strings on it. I had to lint roll the jacket straight out of the bag from the cleaners. I probably won't come back here for dry cleaning again even though I typically wash my clothes at the laundromat next door.

Friendly and efficient. Excellent service, got the stains out of the white comforter where the dog had slept on it. Will definitely go back.

I love Ashley and her partner! Both are always very sweet and helpful. They also do business fast and efficiently for a great price. I have gone here going in 10 years and I'll continue to return!

My wife has been taking our clothes to be dry cleaned here for more than 3 years now and we have always been happy with the results. We ended up going here because we weren't satisfied with the cleaner we had in Murfreesboro. So worth the drive. Today they really out did themselves as far as customer service goes. I left a large amount of money from selling a car in one of my suits and they called my wife within minutes to come pick it up. She almost fell out of the car. Ha. Point is, I want to be doing business with people like this. Thank you, Pristine. You're the best.

This guy is a complete joke. Save yourself the time and go to another dry cleaning service. This idiot doesn't even know how to speak to people. The worst customer service you will get because of laziness. This small business will be out of business soon. Seriously, we are laughing at you. Incompetence award winner of 2020!

If you live close by, and their wifi network name shows up on your TV screen, then don't bother going to ask them for their password.They won't give it to you. The j*** at the front counter tried to tell me I live too far away for the signal to reach my TV. I live only across the street from them which is only 215 feet!It shows up with full bars on my Sony flatscreen for crying out loud. Typical stingey foreigners.
