My charging port had gotten rusty and stopped working after coming into contact with water and he was able to to get it to charge again and cleaned up after just a few minutes.

I showed up with a port not wanting to charge. They fixed it that very day. The person working there was courteous and professional.

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite story for anything to do with repairs, accessories and/or anything that he can do I prefer him to do it! He does it within a timely manner and his is the most cost efficient along with having AMAZING customer service!

Went because my phone wasn’t charging even after cleaning the port myself. I went in and he fixed my problem for free!

Edit 2: He has since deleted his reply to me.
Edit to owner response: I did in fact call less than 24 hours later. (Timestamp says Yesterday because today is Friday the 2nd.) It clearly states in his warranty accidental damages are not covered, but this is clearly an installation issue. The back glass was NOT level with the frame causing this break, thus making it an installation error and not a user break.
I went into his store yesterday to get my phone fixed because my back glass was broken on my iPhone 14 Pro. He gave me a reasonable quote of $190 since I also needed a new camera lens cover.
When I went to pick up the phone right before he closed since he hadn’t ever called me for pickup, with the condition of the phone appeared fine at first, with some minor issues I didn’t see as a problem. (The back glass wasn’t completely flush with the side of the phone and there was a bit of glue residue along the edges.)
I went through my day with the phone in my pocket, never leaving it. When I got home, I set it screen down on a table and went to bed, not noticing any crack though that’s probably when it formed.
I finally noticed the back glass crack the next morning and immediately called him since I did not drop the phone or treat it badly whatsoever. He tried to tell me that this has never happened before and he will not be honoring a warranty for the crack, even though this isn’t an impact crack. (There is ZERO damage anywhere on the bottom of the phone.) If I had to guess, the back glass being pushed out exposed the edge which lead to the crack.
I have to visit a different repair shop now so I can get it done properly and wasted my money here.

I walked into the store and needed service on my iPhone. I was greeted by a nice gentleman who told me it was an easy fix. Fixed the problem in 30 seconds. Didn’t charge me a thing. If I ever have a more serious pressing issue with my phone I know where to go! Thanks Quick iFix Smyrna

I walk in and immediately tell him “I need my charging port fixed.” He says “You may only need it cleaned out. I will check for you.” Very honestly, he comes back and says “yes it was only a clean out. I’m not going to charge you for a new port.” Ports are way more expensive than cleaning it. He could’ve gotten me for way more money but he was honest. That’s why I will go back to Quick iFix and recommend it to others as well.

DO NOT USE, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY. I had the screen replaced on an iPhone 15 pro at Quick iFix and immediately noticed a problem with my Face ID authentication. I tried all the troubleshooting shooting steps before I called to ask Quick iFix for assistance. The male told me to reset my Face ID, which I had already done. Finally I went to Apple and upon examining they found the screen Quick iFix installed was faulty. I went back to Quick iFix with the Apple receipt and problem description along with the Quick iFix receipt, which clearly states they have a 180 warranty for screen replacement. The male refused to honor the warranty and said to me in a condescending manner to bring his screen back and he’ll see what he can do. NOTE: per an Apple employee, the replaced screen cannot be given to customers because it is a hazard. Use this shop at your own risk.

This is a nice establishment but ill no longer be going there to get my phone fixed bro whatever dude did to my phone after he replaced the screen messed it up so bad, the screen glitches so bad it’s like someone is remotely controlling my phone or something randomly keyboard mashing everything. I literally can put my phone in my pocket either because the screen will lock up to the point where i have to restart my phone (its a process i have to repeat like 6 times a day at the very minimum) and none of the problems actually resolve themselves. My phone was not doing stuff like this before I brought it in. So yeah be careful if you go there to get your screen fixed, i got this done in like august and its only gotten worse since then, like i literally have to buy a new phone because of this. Anywho.

most of the reviews here are fine, so my experience must of been a fluke. but two days after it got fixed, it stopped working, i was out of town, and had to take it to another repair shop, who charged me $40 to fix a 'lose connection'. i should have just bought a new phone by now. its a nice guy though, and i am sure he does good work. but it didnt work out for me
