My recent visit to Vape Subway left me deeply disappointed and disrespected. While the convenience store boasts a decent selection of snacks and beverages, the overall experience was marred by high prices, limited product availability, and atrocious customer service.Firstly, while the gas prices were somewhat reasonable, the limited number of pumps compared to other stations was noticeable. This inconvenience was compounded by the overpriced vape products I was interested in, particularly Delta Extrax and Exodus vapes. The store seemed to prioritize regular vapes over hemp products, and the prices were unjustifiably high for the quality offered.Furthermore, my attempt to find a specific flavor of Celicus drink was fruitless, adding to the frustration of the visit. However, the pinnacle of disappointment was the encounter with the owner. Upon innocently taking a picture of the available products to consult with my girlfriend, I was greeted by the owner, who seemed irate at the mere sight of me capturing his merchandise. His demand for me to remove my sunglasses was not only unwarranted but also invasive. I firmly refused, asserting my right as a customer. His overbearing demeanor, insisting on compliance with his arbitrary rules, left me feeling belittled and disrespected. In conclusion, Vape Subway falls short on multiple fronts: exorbitant prices, limited product variety, and abysmal customer service. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant shopping experience. It's imperative for management to address these issues promptly if they wish to retain customers and foster a positive reputation within the community. My recent visit to Vape Subway left me deeply disappointed and disrespected.
