I love Regions. They are friendly and helpful every time I go in. I get more personalized attention than when I was with BOA. I am glad I switched to Regions.

This branch used my email address when signing up a new customer with a similar name. They began sending me his new account opening emails, notices, surveys etc. I informed their abuse department that my email was being fraudulently or mistakenly used. No response for over a month, nothing. I get another survey, so I filled it out with all negatives and left a comment that would attract attention. Only then did the branch manager Kristin contact me. Not their security department, but the branch manager affected by the survey contacted me and proceeded to scold me for the negative survey. To be clear, I am not their customer. I never should have received any of those emails. Their data collection and validation practices leave a lot to be desired and don't reflect attention to detail or concern for accuracy.Additional 12/20: The Branch Manager Kristin Dailey has continued harassing me via email today and also childishly CC'd my work email address that was never provided to them as some sort of attempt at retaliation or intimidation. Just unethical behavior all around.

Worthless employees and worthless bank. Employees don’t show any sign of wanted to prove a good customer service. I don’t recommend coming to this bank. The manager there doesn’t help at all and has an attitude. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I came into This bank yesterday because I am a member and have an account. I was talking to one of the female tellers on my right stating I needed a cash advance from my paycard to my bank account so she asked me "how much were you needing today" and another Female teller by the name of APRIL interrupted us by saying $1 like I was poor and had no money because I'm black I felt very extremely disrespected, and discriminated against. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated I will be taking legal action against this regions because this is ridiculous it makes me wanna just cancel my account with regions bank entirely.

Very poor customer service!! REGIONS cancelled my 8 accounts sending me letter in mail. I asked why nobody will provide a reason. They froze my accounts which all had good balances in them. Now I can't transfer funds, use debit card and now making me wait several days to write me checks.DO EVER BANK WITH REGIONS

Good people, bad bank. I've been with them for over 20 years. I have moved all accounts elsewhere, except one. They are not competitive on any financial products. Whatever rates or deals that Regions offers, will be beat by most any bank in town. I always went to them first, but after doing my due diligence, I always find a better deal elsewhere. I don't even bother anymore. I know they aren't competitive. How do you think they got so big? They charge you too much for financial services.

Literally rushed to this location after the Lavergne bank had an “emergency” closing. Get there 5 mins late the ATM is down and they are letting people out so I walk up tell them I neee to make a quick cash deposit and that I came from Lavergne. Told me come back tomorrow and they couldn’t let me in. What a joke
