Very rude . I’m not sure of the lady’s name but she is extremely rude . Don’t work customer service if you don’t want to work with people. All these horrible experiences from customers , corporate should look into it.

My father has been with this bank for the past 9 years. He's only had a debit card, but never a credit card from theirs. They used to always send him mails, and trying to get him to get one of their credit cards. His credit is excellent, and pays in full every month. The time where he finally wanted to get a card from their, they decline him after him showing proof of assets, and income. I would give this bank a 0 star if I can, but the least I can do is a 1 star. Another experience with me at this bank is when I was a student and they never let me use the zelle app or transfer money. When I moved to another and more advanced bank they let me use these apps as a student, and I had more options. This banks service is terrible, and I don't know how they are still lying and getting customers dragged in this scam.

They just see that someone is Hispanic, they ask for things that they don't, two IDs and they don't even have two IDs.

If I can give zero stars, I would. These people at this bank are extremely rude. They'll sit there and open a bank account for you and then 3 days later lock it and prevent you from accessing your funds. I have several hundred dollars in my account and have not been able to have access to it for nearly 2 weeks. I finally got fed up one day and called the police to report them for theft. Cops went up there and they LIED to him and said my account wasn't being closed, it was locked due to suspicious activity (due to the checks jy customer wrote me). Coincidentally, that night my customer gets a call from the bank regarding suspicious actually. 9 DAYS AFTER the check was written and was charged to her account. They were attempting to cover their tracks because they knew what they were doing is illegal. Still, 12 days later, I have been refused access to my money. DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS!!

I would have given zero stars if I could. I had to exchange my coins into larger bills and had to count them myself (which I don’t mind since they don’t have a coin machine) But after putting them neatly in the slips they gave me, the old black lady dumped ALL of it out to count it. WHY WOULD YOU MAKE ME WASTE MY TIME COUNTING THEM OUT AND PUT THEM IN A SLIP IF YOU WERE GOING TO COUNT THEM YOURSELF ANYWAY? She is just an unpleasant lady. Anytime I go in and see her there I just go to a different regions branch. Everyone else was friendly and reasonable which is why this review didn’t get a 1 star.

I am pretty livid right now. I went to deposit money today at 11am and it was a lot and the machine ate it and shut down with no confirmation. If I go in tomorrow and they deny that this happened and don't give me my money there will be a lawsuit

Manager met me outside along with a few other people asking what we needed? One I told him, he said someone would be with me shortly?? That was obvious!! Next, the teller was very rude and asking personal and political questions. She then charged me 10% to cash one of her customers checks. Very unprofessional and I was made feel very uncomfortable. Closed account today.

Strictly drive through, which would be perfect if the employees didn't get irritated when they get busy. I bring in deposits for a company so sometimes I have more than one(but never more than three) transactions at one time. I mistakenly brought some during lunch time and I received so much backlash from another customer(yelling through her window) and then the lady who worked there agreed with her then came at me when I told her "I didn't realize It was an issue for me to bring more than one thing at a time". I have to go here for work but I dread it every time and will never go here for personal business.

Came thru on Saturday morning. Only the 2 center lanes were open and there was a line at each. A car pulls up to the window (which had a sign clearly marked as CLOSED) after we had been waiting at least 10 minutes. They actually serviced the car that pulled up into the closed lane before they helped anyone else who had been waiting in line. When questioned why that car was serviced first, the teller "Roberta", lied and said they had just turned the open sign on before he pulled up (the sign read closed the entire time). This is ridiculous and is terrible customer service.
