The last two times I tried get fuel. The pump didn't work. Had to move to a second pump. And then they were to busy and only put $15 and I wanted to fill up. Goty $15 worth and went down the road to Raceway and finished filling up.

I’m no expert, but I’m pretty sure YELLING at customers isn’t the best way to get them to come back. I used to fill up here, but I needed to run in for something real quick while I was there. Never again. Won’t be back!

Reported to Shell. I feel as though they should know how this gas station treats people. They aren’t welcoming, even if you are. They stare at you as if they want to catch you in the act of doing something but I work, therefore can pay for anything I touch in there…make it make sense. I always feel like prices are made up on the spot since prices aren’t listed. /: This is not the Shell I’m used to.The man in the blue shirt tonight laughed at me as I hummed which I only did so to not say anything about how rude and silent he is DESPITE me acting like a civilized HUMAN.There are too many gas stations in the area to accept being treated this way. Someone will patronize them in the future but it won’t be me. By the way, you should spend that time cleaning up the nasty store and getting rid of old products. Yuck

The clerks are very friendly and helpful.Always clean inside & outside.Stocked items in the regular, items always available.All around great gas station.Pumps always work for me.Thank you for all your help.

Pumps work correctly about 1 in 5 attempts. Been here so many times and it’s always a pain. Lots of gas stations close by with no issues

Nasty service station. Prices are really exorbitant. Workers are very rude. Will straight up ignore you if you greet them or say thank you. Definitely won’t be spending money here again.

This store is absolutely horrible. I literally shed Ed tears. The Indian lady cussed me out and scammed me because I’m 15. I’m never going back here again. I am traumatized honestly. Never coming here again!! I paid 7 dollars for gum!!! They just make up their prices on the spot and NO REFUND MY GOD !!

The man working behind the cash register the Indian man cussed me because he was on the phone and paid for 40 on the gas pump he charged me 30 instead of 40 so I came back and told him about he started cussing me out like it was my fault even acting like he was going to pull a gun on me!! I highly recommend a different store if you need anything!! Straight up rude and obnoxious acting like a kid!! I hope something happens on this matter cause it’s all on video!!

I was forced to go to this terrible place all the time since it was the closest to my house, but thank God a Dollar General opened up across from it. So I will never enter this gas station again.Anyways, their prices are bloated and their selection is limited. the owner and his family barely communicate with customers and most of the time are on the phone to even check you out. The employees do the same, but at least they smile and treat you like a person unlike the owner.If I could give them no stars I would. However, their gas station is in better condition than most. So ill give them a bit of credit for cleanliness. I dont recommend this place at all, in fact, I go the extra mile to NOT go to this gas station. Be warned.
