When I first came in, I was convinced I would need surgery to solve the severe tendinitis in my ankle. Derek seems to have correctly diagnosed the issue and put a course of therapy to loosen the joints to the point where I am now convinced I will be able to regain full use of the ankle without surgery. he is amazing
