It's so great to have a local nutrition shop! The ladies who work here have become family and I enjoy going in just to say hello. They have everything from healthy snacks to vitamins!

If I could give them 100 stars I would. This is the go to place for me and my kids for healthy snacks. They are always super friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The prices vary in different things. But it’s worth it because of the health factor. Great place overall. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

The ladies who work here are pure gold. The products are always fresh and most have more than one option. The best thing is if they don't have it in they can get it quickly from their sister store.
