$60 for a fill! 3 days later my thumb cracked. 4 days later my acrylic chipped and the nail broke. During my fill , the tech did not clean up my cuticles or dead skin around my nails. Will not return !

I just paid 100$ for my nails and feet. I got a full set by Jayden(he did a good job) then Amy (older lady) did my toes. I got white tips (coffin shaped) and white tips on my toenails. They both did a wonderful job. My nails were 45$ and my pedicure was 50$ because I paid for the organic spa pedicure with organic scrub, hot stone massage, the works. They took their time, and i appreciate that. I will definitely be going back here. I just won’t spend 100$. I just wanted the best of the best, and wanted to treat myself. Most of the workers speak English too, so they understand what you want. Don’t worry about the bad reviews. Mine is the newest, and I enjoyed my spa organic pedicure, and my full set coffin shaped with white tips. They do body waxing too. They just got a new customer.Service: Pedicure

No place is a good value anymore. Their prices are reasonable. However, everyone is so nice! They make sure you are pleased with their services performed. I’ve been going there since they acquired the business, for several years. ?

Get into the nailsss! The environment was so nice and the people were as well. Jolie did her big one on the nails as usual. I love them, it gave the Christmas vibe I wanted. I also got a pedi and it looks gooddd. Will definitely be back for my girl Jolie though!

They did a good job but they overcharge SO much and they purposely tricked us into getting add ons we didn’t want by insisting we get them (not telling us they would upcharge for them). I purposely checked their pricing. Decided I needed a full set of dip and chose a glitter polish. The first thing she did was tell me to use acrylic instead of dip. I didn’t want acrylic because it’s more upkeep and I like being able to easily remove at home if needed. She insisted on acrylic being better and I said “is there an up charge for that?” She said no no difference. The photo I showed her had short square round tips. She filed and shaped the first one and it was more coffin than square, she showed it to me and said “coffin?” And I was like “sure I guess” since she’d already done it. Then she did pink acrylic, then started to add my glitter polish (remember all I initially wanted was glitter dip powder) and she put it only on the tips then showed me one nail. I said “can you do it full glitter like the photo?” She then said “Ombre better” I said “ok fine” just so that I’m not arguing with her and if that’s how she wanted to do it, whatever. I’m not picky. Then she proceeded to do them all that way. They looked cute but again, nothing fancy. Literally short, coffin, pink, a little glitter on top.I get up to pay and mine and my daughters nails were over $230. I asked if I could see the price breakdown on mine because I was confused. I wasn’t even going to question my daughters since I wasn’t near or listening to what she was told or asked for mind you. They had literally charged me a $75 fee for “ombre nails”. I explained to the lady that I don’t have Ombre nails (Ombre is a whole process with layering multiple colors and powder etc, remember all she did was place glitter in a cascading way down my nail). The lady said “She did Ombre glitter” I told her I didn’t even want that, I just went along with it because she insisted. They wouldn’t budge or remove the charge. They also charged me $7 for the coffin shape I didn’t want. And $10 for simply removing the gel polish that was on my nails. This tech specifically pushed me to do each of these things so they could up charge every single thing they did. Their pricing is unethical and I felt very taken advantage of when I left. We will not be back. Be VERY cautious if you choose to go here and ask for transparent pricing before you let them touch your nails.

They have the capability to do nails well.... depends on what day you go. I'm a stickler about doing your job well all the time. Bad about telling you what they will do vs. Doing what customer wants
