Recently, I made an online appointment at the Smyrna location and when arriving, discovered the shop had no record of my appointment. I was told they rarely receive the information from Tire World, that it's best to call for an appointment. What century do we live in? This represents very poor customer service.

Don't do it. I made an appointment online on Tuesday for the following Saturday. My thought process was that I'd make the appointment so they could have the tires I wanted in stock and a scheduled appointment. I received a confirmation email with an exact quote which was really nice! Well, I get to the shop (40 minutes from my house) a little early and go to check in only to be told that they don't take appointments for Saturday AND they don't carry the tires I reserved and couldn't get them for a few days. They could offer me a much more expensive tire that they do stock. No thanks.I grew up going to Tire World in the old location, but I'll never be back and will strongly encourage anyone I talk to to avoid it as well.

We have been taking our cars to Tire World for about 8 years and we have found them to be trustworthy time after time. We drive older cars…so sometimes we see them more than we like! ? But, Sean, Raider and the rest of the team have always taken great care of us and our cars. I highly recommend!

We love Tire World and have been going here for years. The facilities are clean and comfortable complete with places to work, tv, charging station, coffee station, and magazines. They are always great communicators and look out for my whole car and not just what I want fixed.All of that said, I became a mom over the last couple of years and started seeing the world a bit differently as a result. As a full time working mom of multiple kids who has had to bring her kids here multiple times, I have a few suggestions. It would be really nice if there were a changing table/area in the bathrooms. I usually have to lay them on top of the decorative cabinet which is not safe or comfortable for them. Secondly, it would be nice if there were some kind of parent options for getting service. Can I buy a membership that is like a fast pass getting me to the front of the line? Can parents be allowed to make appointments on Saturdays? Can there be a guarantee that we won’t wait more than an hour? I find myself waiting with my infant for three hours today. Or maybe a comfier, more calming space for people with long wait times? Saturday appointments aren’t currently an option, and my work doesn’t excuse employees for oil changes as that is what weekends are for. I can’t possibly be the only mom in this situation, and it’s a niche that some car shop needs to master. My kids aren’t your responsibility, but it would be an addition of radical hospitality that would make a definite impact to those of us who need it.Edited to add: They did finish my car today in half the time they said they would. That was nice.

I always trust them with every vehicle I have owned.Today I brought my S2K in for an air conditioner issue.They fixed it right away and the cost was awesome.?❤️

Came in for a leak in the driver's rear tire. They found a screw. Patched uo quick & rotated the tires for No charge. 20 min service. Very impressed

We called on a Friday early afternoon, when we discovered I was in desperate need of brakes. The staff at Tire World (Smyrna) not only fixed everything at a reasonable price, but I had my car back same day. Very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities.

SCAMMERS!!!!! Nothing but a horrible experience at the Lavergne, TN location. Fiancé who is a loyal customer to this business (usually Murfreesboro location) took his truck in for an oil change (Lavergne location) and asked if they would check truck out because he was about to take a road trip out of town. Mechanic completed oil change and based off thorough inspection of vehicle, recommended all new tires for $1500 especially since he would be traveling. (Note: Prior to taking truck in for oil change there were no other suspected problems no noises, nothing) with that said, we get out of town and we start to hear a noise coming from rear of truck couldn't really tell what issue was. Called TireWorld back to ask what might be the issue, truck wasn't making this noise prior to bringing it in. They say it may be related to oil change and something possibly being loose. Get back in town and take truck back to TireWorld and now there saying "oh by the way you need back brakes and that'll be $700".....WTF...brakes were never mentioned not one time during there inspection or in there recommendations. I feel Our safety was neglected. He would have chosen brakes over tires any day if he had to choose. The tires were recommended but not necessarily priority. My fiancé takes pride in his truck and takes care of it as should. If they recommend it he's getting it done. It makes you question if TireWorld is all about quantity or quality? They managed to make a $1500 tire sale and now an additional $700 for brakes...#Tiresaleovercustomersafetysmh

Started our vacation with a nailed tire….. tire world was the only one open at 7 am and that was a huge blessing! They fixed it right away and we are back on the road!! Customer service was amazing, fast and courteous!!Thank you Tire World in Smyrna!!!

i’ve gone to tire world many times and always thought they were great. this time i got 4 tires which are great. they matched an online price for my tires giving me a great deal. i got them put on saturday and they called telling me my car was ready, i paid over the phone and asked them to leave my car out with they key inside. i get to the shop later that day and i can’t find my car. i looked around the lot to find it still inside their shop. i tried calling all the locations and waiting a bit to see if anyone would come by, nothing. I went back monday since they are closed sunday and asked for my car. they looked around like they couldn’t find it and realized it was in the back. while they pulled it around i asked the manager if they could do anything to make up for it and he completely dismissed it when i asked. he barely looked up from what he was doing and said “sorry there’s nothing we can do.” I have worked in customer service for years, so I made sure to not be rude about this interaction, but in customer service this should be the last response you give an unhappy customer, especially if it’s 100% your fault. i will not be going back to tire world and am very disappointed since if my dad or any man would have gone in there they likely would have offered something.

I was in line for a while when a white male came in just walked around whitout standing in line and went directly to the manager as he knew him, told him what he needed and got service but when finally was my turn they said they were busy and I should of called first and they couldn't help me until tomorrow or day after. I couldnt drive my car so i was stuck there and they didnt care. Didnt even make the effort to see if he had a tire in stock or how long to order, he just dismissed me. There weren't that many cars there so i know they could of helped. Thanks to Firestone next door that was able to help me. Tire World, horrible customer service. Or maybe plain racist.
