I went there on 5/8/24 around 2:30-3 o’clock-ish. I had been looking at the makeup and noticed an tinted eyebrow gel that I wanted, I was planning on buying the product but just wanted to make sure the shade wasn’t going to be too dark for me, so I had opened it up. An older lady who worked there quickly snapped at me in a very rude tone and told me that i’m not supposed to open the makeup. I then replied “oh okay i’m sorry”. She then looked at me and very rudely said “did you not know that?” as if I was completely incompetent. Considering there was multiple empty makeup boxes, makeup was everywhere, and I already had eyeshadow all over my hands from it being a mess, no, I didn’t think me opening up the eyebrow gel (that I was going to buy) to check it was a problem. I work with the general public, so I know how stupid they can be sometimes, but if that lady would’ve told me politely not to open the makeup, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. This lady needs to be reminded that this is tj maxx, not sephora. I understand she didn’t know I was buying the product, but I hope she sees this and I just want her to know that there is a right and a wrong way to talk people (especially customers) and considering I’m probably 40 years younger than her, she should’ve learned that before I did. Just because I am younger than her, doesn’t mean she had a right to be extremely rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name or else I would’ve put it on here.

Long lines, OMG! Every time I go there there's a line. Most of the time it goes pretty fast though, hence, the 3 stars, consider yourselves lucky.

An amazing place for Mexican food. The young waitress was very attentive and polite. The fajita dish we ordered tasted great and we had enough left over for lunch the next day.
