My stylist, Hannah R, did an amazing job on my curls! She took her time, asked questions, and was super friendly! And my curls look amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience. Asian lady working today with glasses around 7:16 was so rude. She belittled my sister and I because I was trying to show her a coupon and then a gift card. I understand working customer service but the way she spoke to me and my sister is absolutely disgusting. I hope she has the day she deserves.

I decided to get lashes for the first time ever for a special event. The stylist recommended the cluster lashes for a natural look. I was nervous and it was probably challenging for the stylist to apply the lashes. When she finished, I could see glue, but she informed me it would dry clear. 12 hours later, I had clumps of white glue showing on both eyes. Needless to say, I removed the lashes. I may try lashes again, but it will not be at Ulta.

My daughter and I visited this location last Saturday without an appointment and we were very well taken care of. My daughter wanted to cut a good amount of her hair, styled into a shoulder length style. I believe the stylists name is Payton, she asked plenty of questions to ensure she understood what my daughter wanted before beginning. We really appreciated the time she took to take care of us as walk ins on a Saturday & we will be back! 😁

I can't find what my gf sent me in for. I have screenshots from their own website. Workers couldn't be bothered with not just standing there and gossiping about nothing. And they aren't helpful when you ask for it. If it was a hardware store 5 people would have been right on me to help. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Owner responds one day later to not care to even use my name and misgendered me. There is no Lily here. I can assure you of that. Negative 2 stars if only possible.

I stopped in after work needed something that was on sale, but it didn’t ring up the right price. It was a bunch of makeup that needed to be price matched to the price on the app. Ray assisted me with getting my products and making sure they were honoring the sale price. She was the sweetest kindest person, and a very hard worker. Thank you for amazing service Ray! 🫶🏼❤️

I’m leaving this review after 3 negative experiences with one employee every single time! The cashier Niyah has been extremely rude the last three times I have visited. Other employees in the store will smile and greet you, ask you if you need anything. However, this girl has checked me out the last three times I’ve been here, first time she relentlessly harassed me about getting the credit card here. First time she asked I said no thank you, then she continues with the pre approval speech which I again said no thank you, I understand they have to ask, then she continues with all the perks and I say no again, then rude as hell she says well I guess you just don’t want any of the savings, and starts tossing my things into the bag. I already verbally told her “NO” four times and asked politely for her to stop asking me and replied I have said no four times, please stop asking me and let me pay, because she wouldn’t continue the sale and allow me to pay so I had to stand there. Second time my husband was with me and she was just rude as hell and didn’t speak to us at all, didn’t say hi or anything tossed the products in the bag and threw the receipt on the counter, and third time I was in line she asked everyone once about the card I expected the same and politely said no thank you, I know they are required to ask once, however she proceeds to ask me multiple times again with an attitude, which I just stood there and didn’t reply, I hit no on the pad which did not work, so I said again no thank you I’d like to pay. It’s ridiculous I have to ask the person to stop asking me about a credit card and please let me pay so I can leave!! I’ve been coming here for years and never had such horrible interactions with anyone else here but this was beyond unprofessional

I would like to share about Jasmine, who works at Ulta,I came in on my birthday and they didn't have my normal color so Jasmine did my makeup and she wasn't kidding ,she is definitely a makeup artist.I love my new makeup called tarte,it's pricey but I really love it.Jasmine ,you made my Birthday special for me.Its so nice to meet such a nice and beautiful young lady.God bless! If yall are ever in Ulta in Smyrna Tn, go see this young lady,she's wonderful!
