I was there 1/11 about 1:20 pm I talk to a lady about missing transaction then the other employee come his name Micheal he lie he keep saying we can’t see your credit card transactions and her said u have too call him then he told me leave front of people and everything under record then the other lady checked all my transactions how is possible employee told customer leave leave

Smyrna Branch of US Bank is The best! It is difficult for me to imagine anyone there being rude and I don't understand all those 1 star ratings. Don't believe them!! Could it be that people with problems are more prone to comment than those who have many smooth transactions? Everyone that I have dealt with including the manager Todd, have gone the extra mile to be extraordinarily kind and personable. Every time!

Needed a money order, was told it would be 10 dollars and go go fill out a form on the table. Saw no forms that said money order, so I left. Kroger filled my money order for 1 dollar with far better customer service and support. No ridiculous forms or outrageous fees. Why do we still use you if Kroger is better? Where is the benefit of having a bank?

Everytime we come through the tellers are extremely rude and try telling us we are required to use the night drop if we have more than 1 deposit or transaction when we come through. Well our business is open 7 days a week, and most Mondays we have 2-3 deposits. These deposits have to be logged every Monday or we face issues. The rudeness and don't care attitude of the employees make doing business at this location a nuisance. Every time they try arguing with us and it creates a headache each time we are there. Whenever we call to speak with the branch manager he is never in as well.

Todd the branch manager was very unprofessional! Make up his own rules and telling me that the money they had was for their customers?!?!?!I was written a check by their customer and they didn't want to cash it because they were eating lunch out of a Tupperware while I was standing in line. They decided to cover their mouth and ask me how they could help with food in their mouth.Absolutely disgusting!

Sadly this is the only us bank branch in smyrna and they have a very rude staff. They’re not friendly nor do they even want to do the most basic parts of their job. I do everything online but had to go in a branch for this transaction and they told me it can not be done and were very rude about it. Went to a murfreesboro location and it was done in no time with friendly staff.

A lovely lady named Amy helped me yesterday. Had questions and she was very helpful and patient. I am a bit older and she made sure I understood everything clearly. She did say she was new, but it was surprising she was very well spoken and seemed to know a lot about banking. She handled me like she owned the place. I thought she was the manager. Kudos to whoever hired her, very refreshing to see someone so accommodating at this branch.
