“I bought a 2008 commuter car from Elite Motor Cars from out of state (found it online.) The owner worked with me to review the condition of the vehicle and explained what work he had done on the car, and what work might need to be done in the near future. Being from out of state, I could not evaluate the car in person, and chose not to have a local shop evaluate the car. When I arrived the car was exactly as described and ran great. However, five minutes after I drove it off the lot, ABS and Brake warning lights came on. I called the dealer. The owner explained what he thought might be the cause, and asked me if I was comfortable taking the car home. I agreed. Twenty minutes later he called me back to ask a few more questions and asked me to take it to a shop in my home state. My local shop found the problem and gave me an estimate. The fix would not be cheap. Elite Motor Cars honored the estimate and paid the repair bill without a single question. I could not be happier with their professionalism and stand-up honesty. The interior of the car (under the rear hatch, under seats, etc.) could have been cleaner. And, I found a glove in the air filter compartment when I changed the air filter. So, if I could recommend an improvement, I might say that Elite should inspect the cars a little more thoroughly. (The spare was flat, and at least one wheel was stuck to the hub, which is common on cars north of the Mason Dixon line...but it tells that the dealer did not remove all wheels and inspect each brake component.) That's a lot to ask of a small dealership, but a new air filter, brake inspection, oil change etc are nice touches. Over all I rate this dealership 4.5 stars. (Deducting half a star for the flat spare tire.)”

“Google would not allow me to do a second review. As you can see from my first review below, we were very satisfied with our purchase back in October. Unfortunately that car got wrecked and totaled last week. We came back to see Rob for the second time and he delivered again. Found a great gas mileage, good looking, affordable car with low miles for age (07 Rio) as our in town driver (2nd vehicle). Paying cash we got out the door at an incredible value especially considering the used car market today. Again, we took the car to Finish Line Automotive down the street for a full inspection and everything came back solid. Just typical future recommendations for maintenance given age and mileage. Thanks Rob. Highly recommend after buying 2 cars in 3 months.Came to the lot looking for a secondary vehicle to putt around town in. Had a pretty tight cash budget which is difficult with the market the way it is for used cars today. Rob showed us A Nissan versa that fit the budget and needed a little work. He was very upfront and honest about the known issues with the vehicle. I took it to a mechanic to have inspected prior to purchasing and it all checked out, just as he had stated, along with some other minor wear in tear repairs that are to be expected with a used car. We got a very fair price out the door and would do business there again.”

“Easygoing and honest people to deal with. I was interested in a Toyota Prius that they had on the lot. I was able to test drive the vehicle and they even allowed me to take it to a Toyota dealership to get the vehicle inspected which took a couple of hours. The vehicle checked out but had one tire that was almost bare and the rear brake pads would need to be changed in the next 10k miles. These guys went out of their way to put a new set of Michelin tires on the vehicle for me. The negotiations over the price were easy and I got the vehicle for a great price that was way below KBB value. After the sale, they even offered to change the rear brakes for $100 including labor and parts before I drove home. Over 2k miles, the vehicle has not given me any issues and continues to save money on fuel since I bought it. I am pleased and happy that I gave the guys at Grand Auto Sale & Repair my business. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new vehicle or need service on your current vehicle.”
