We were a mile from the Murfreesboro store so stopped and they immediately replaced both bulbs & reset a tire sensor... all 15 minutes before they closed. “I had a great experience purchasing my car from Stargate. They had multiple vehicles of the make/model I wanted which made them a convenient place to visit, test drive, and compare options. Their staff were friendly, communicated well, and honest about their vehicles. Their cars were priced about average to similar vehicles I saw at other dealerships. I did not feel pressured to purchase from them and found it easy to chat about what vehicle matched best what I was looking for. They are certainly a family business - I got to seal the deal with the owner himself, and work with members of his family for test drives and sorting out paperwork, all of whom were professional and easygoing. I noticed the tires pulling to the left at the test drive and Stargate paid for the tires to be realigned themselves. I did have an issue registering my car with the initial paperwork they gave me, but they immediately sorted it out for me, got the right paperwork, and extended my temporary tag while I waited for it to come in. I had an independent mechanic tell me the car was in good condition, only needing some routine maintenance and minor repairs, which I had budgeted for. (Stargate was clear that the vehicle was being sold as is and I knew repairs were likely as it was an older model). All in all, I had a positive experience, got a car I enjoy and can see myself driving for another ten years, and I would totally recommend visiting their website/shop if you're looking for a car!”
“OK Honest review. I went in expecting a pretty underwhelming experience because of the 3.7 rating BUT I needed a car... Either bring a mechanic, someone knowledgeable about cars, or know what you're looking at when you buy from this lot. My credit wasn't the best but Michael got the job done! He helped me get into the vehicle I was looking at with little down to repair my credit. He really did everything he could to help me buy the car and even spoke to the finance company to wrestle them down into a approval. Much love to this lot. I hope more QUALITY cars come to this lot in the future to help this lot family owned car lot stay forever! If I ever need a vehicle again I will definitely be back to look at their inventory and consider them again!”
