four packages lost from January to today, March 11, in the tracking it appears that it was delivered and at what time, but the package is never delivered, when reviewing the camera videos it is very clear where they do not deliver the package, it is already four times I go to the office to ask about the package and they only give me a paper to fill out with my information and tracking number, they say that the manager is going to call me and he never calls, this only happens with packages, not with normal mail envelopes.

I arrived at 11:59 AM and the gate was closed. They didn’t even attempt to ask me if I needed help. They shouldn’t be closing the gate until 12 on the dot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude, condescending & quite literally just don’t want to work. I came in to get a passport for my son & was turned away because “we were two mins in the appointment and the form wasn’t filled out”. With children, you fill the form out in front of the clerk. He just didn’t want to work. When we walked in and told him we had an appointment, he gave us attitude. Not to mention now the website isn’t working to reschedule.

Poor quality service, simple as that. Good luck getting in touch via phone or email, cause that's never gonna happen.
Need a service provided by the post office? Well you've come to the wrong place. Lazy service desk employees barely work whenever they actually do their job, and are visibly upset that they have to deal with you. Hours posted on the official website are not congruent with the hours they're in the office, let alone the hours they'll provide service without complaining.
Again, reader, if you choose this location: best of luck to you, you'll need it.

The youg clerk at the window is very rude and is always late to work. She place the incorrect label on my package and will not accept the mistake she made.
