All employees were professional and kind other than Issa or whatever his name is was completely rude and probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed. He needs to approach costumers in a professional manner and not sing in their face when they asked to have something explained to them. And go talk about them to other employees in front of their face loud enough for costumer to hear about something minor to his day. I’m clearly from a different state as he saw on my profile and license plate. Not only that but he snatched my phone out of my hands when after stating he’s going to type the Groupon code in. Weird energy from a grown man barely doing his job other than walking around and talking to everyone but runs away when I asked if there was a problem.

Talked to the manager named zack today he claimed he was the manager of the store I asked for his last name he refused to give me that information I asked for another managers name that was Issa and asked for his last name he also refused to give me that info and said it wasn't important even tho I have a claim of damage done to my car by valvoline and trying to get the info of the person who came to my work and took pictures of the damage so I can get it fixed. Both locations the one in lavergne tn is absolutely the worst and the one in smyrna tn is completely missing the mark on customer service.. I would give a zero if I could no understanding of my frustration of trying to get my car fixed.. I will never use valvoline ever again. They lost my business and I had been going there for over 5 years.. do better valvoline!!!!!

Would've been cool if they put my air filter back in the casing and locked it. Bummer. It caused debris to get into my air intake and I had to remove it and clean it out. Took a couple hours.

Brandon Fughat was great! They installed new headlamp bulbs for me...They changed my oil last month.I highly recommend Havoline of Smyrna.

Unbelievably slow. When asked how much longer it would take after 40 minutes the manager said it's not his problem. Really poor service.

Went and got an oil change Wednesday morning they were moving pretty fast . The didn’t reset my oil light which is still on and let’s not forget they almost killed me when the checked my air pressure they broke my valve stem and didn’t say anything so when I got on the interstate my tire popped off the rim while going 70 mph.

Generally great but they put the oil filter on so tight this last visit that the mechanic bent the filter and the tool you use to take the filter out.. costing me more money at the mechanic. Hand tightened dudes.

This is the only place in town I get my oil changed at. It may cost a little more, but it's worth it. They are thorough. Always letting me know what's going on with my vehicle and what to look out for. They are really knowledgeable and professional. Everybody that works there is nice and has a great attitude.

I have 3 cars come to use oil change at this place regularly. Today Sat. October 7, 2023 I got here about 3:50pm. I drove in to lane #1 then in a few minutes one of the technician shown up at my car window and asked me if I needed the oil change I answer” Yes” then he told me to move my car to the 3rd lane, pull behind the maroon Nissan. So I did it instantly. There were 3 cars in front of me on that lane. I waited for about 20min then the cars start moving, one of the car in front did not get long for service and went out then another one in for service. During they do oil change for that Nissan for about 10min one of tech. came to me & told me to move back must let the other car on the second lane move in front of me in lane #3. I refuse to move because I already been told to move once from the first lane and he did not say much and left. After about 10 min. a new employee came to me demand and force me to move out and must let the other car move in front of me right now. I tried to tell him the same thing I told the other guy, he said doesn’t care at all and said he is a manager here and wants me to move back out now for a first come first serve with an angry face and voice at me!!! I said ok I’ll get out here then he said it to me “I don’t care… go have a nice day” and then he smile …. and blah…blah…I think they should not do to the customer like that since they have 3 stations with 3 lines each line up cars on each lane separately for each service.Our family have used this place for a long long time and have never been a bad as bad bad experience like this time! Now It’s so bad customer services and when he look at me with angry attitude and look like so much discrimination in his mind!!! I wonder if he is the owner himself!From now on we will not go back to use their service again and will not recommend any body to go this place again like in the past, it’s so unfair customer service!!! Horrible service. Smeared oil on my hood. I asked them to check tire pressure only did two instead of four tires, had to ask another staff to do the other two. Got radiator flush they topped it off with H2O. Horrible service. Waited 30 minutes just to get into the bay.

The girl who works there kept yapping to the men and it kept them from doing their job in a timely manner. I change my own oil in less then 15 mins. I was with my boyfriend while he got his oil changed and it took 30 minutes of waiting in line then 27 mins just getting it changed. That girl needs to stop talking and flirting with the staff. When she was asking for my boyfriends Info she kept saying "could you repeat that" or "what did you say" like she couldn't hear. My boyfriend has a loud voice and it didn't help that all she was focused on was talking to this one dude. It was extremely irritating and I will be changing his oil from now on because that was ridiculous and stupid.

My experience has been great ! Esau the manager is fantastic! He found some issues with my oil leaking due to hoses not being properly attached by my x mechanic! Also got freon done and I have cold air now ! So thankful! I always drive out of my way to come here because service is the best ! I have nothing but good things to say ! ?

After waiting for about 20 minutes, it's my turn. I pull into the bay and the technician explains they are out of conventional oil and offers me an alternative that is $20 more expensive. How can there be no oil at an oil change business? I understand supply and demand and how this may happen but to me it seemed like an upsell. It's really hard to believe. And a courtesy to the people waiting in line letting them know of no product available would have been nice, But they chose to waste my time. I'll be taking my service elsewhere.

If I could leave a less than one star review I would. I went to this valvoline earlier in the month and because of their negligence they left a cap open and it damaged sensors in my engine. It caused me to replace the sensors for several hundreds of dollars. They are refusing to reimburse because their cameras were not working at the time and they cannot prove that it was their error even though on the paperwork it states that the error was caused from previous work done from valvoline. Save yourself the headache and the money and go elsewhere
