I had a great experience! I got my glasses 2 weeks ago and contacts today. I’ve never worn contacts so it was a first time visit. They helped me (they were so patient) with putting in my contacts and taking them out. The doctor was amazing too.

I called and told them I needed my lens put in my frames to take my dot physical and got here at 330 pm and by 5 15 my glasses was done !! Such a blessing every where else told me 2 weeks so if you needs glasses fast come to visonworks in Smyrna Tn they are the BEST!!!!

Sandra was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Their service was fast and helped with anything I needed. It was great to walk in, get an exam, and get glasses in the same day. Highly recommend coming here for real customer service.

Went in with issue with my glasses they were able to get it fixed and handled within the hour so I was able to walk out! Will use again! The manager Tiffany was a huge help!

Dr. Michael Lopykinski is awesome with kids my son is 4 . He made my son feel comfortable and he used shapes numbers or and the alphabet. Thank Dr. Lopykinski for keeping me clam and Explaining what my son needed for his eyes thank you many blessings upon you

I did my glasses there last year and they were fine. Came back today and customer service could’ve been better. How to lose a client immediately: while discussing the pricing and client asking more questions for further clarification, tell them “you aren’t listening to me”. I tuned out after I heard that, and all I wanted was to leave asap.Update: after Vision Works responded to this review and invited me to share my experience, I contacted them via the email provided. I received an automated response asking for more details and phone number, which I provided. Nobody has contacted me back nor called. Goes to show that neither the store nor corporate cares that much.

The Staff was wonderful and cheerful for a snowy and cold day here in Tennessee we had been shut down for days. And I think it was the 2nd day open. From the storm and it was still sleeting and raining
