I have been using this pharmacy for over 20 years as an adult myself and honestly it is probably beyond saving. I don’t know what they are doing. The only person who has any idea what they’re doing there and I haven’t even heard her voice when I had to call every single month instead of normally refilling online or even the Dr sending e-files doesn’t work because they find away to put that off so they don’t have to work and your order has to process for days and days or there is and insurance issue when they know your insurance has never paid for that 1 prescription only EVER AND YOU’VE HAD THE SAME INSURANCE FOR 15 YEARS!!! I’ve dealt with the same problems being on hold for over 15 to 20 mins every time I call 2 times monthly at least, extremely vital medications that I’ve taken for years that I’m not told are out of stock being unavailable sometimes for days and up to a week that can cause seizures but still these people aren’t getting any better only worse. I think the place needs to be held accountable for their employees or shut down. Today, again, out of a medication yet not answering phones and then it hangs up saying technical difficulties and they’ve been processing it since 10/30?

This Walgreens pharmacy is going downhill! I’ve lived here for 10 years and never seen the customer service this bad. They have started closing the drive through way before closing hours and telling you to come inside. It was so cold the other day but I went in and they still didn’t have my medication ready. So I had to come back the next day. Then this me lady got rude with me and cut me off in the drive through one day when I simply told her that I had been waiting 20 minutes behind another car and it was only us two cars there, then when I pulled up she left the window. So another car pulled up another 5 minutes later at the other side and she came right out and answered him first. That has never happened. Every time I go there now it’s not a good experience like it used to be like a year or so ago. The pharmacy now has all these rude people and it just doesn’t function as well as other pharmacies. They should fire all the people back there and start over!!

Worst pharmacy in Smyrna. Multiple times had issues with this pharmacy. Always understaffed, They do not appropriately know how to control drive-through, Horrible wait times, not given blood pressure medication because they didnt want to fill it and said to come back next day for it, no medical common sense

I had submitted an online photo order. I came up there cause they haven’t sent an update. Apparently the system has been down for the week. I asked them to transfer my order to a different location because I’ve done it in the past. The man literally said he didn’t know how like huh lmaaaao

Pulled up at 2:00 after their 30 min meal break I was the 4th car in line. My Current wait time is 46 minutes🫠 some people really do need there meds in a timely manner as I just left the dentist for a root canal. Last time coming here! Let’s not forget them asking me to wait another 5 mins on my prescription to reviewed by the pharmacist before purchasing…

This has to be the ( Worst ) Walgreens I have been to . The kids Close the Drive through Window because they do not want to work . They are Always on there Cellphones . They are so Disrespectful they have No clue about there Job . I ask them a Question regarding my medicine They reply didn't your Doctor tell you about it . I believe Walgreens should shut this Store Down .

Every visit to this location everyone is friendly, although the pharmacy is backed up (drive thru, inside moves smoothly) often all the pharmacists are friendly and well spoken! Thank you 🩷🥹

This pharmacy has to be understaffed. The wait times are longer than any other pharmacy I’ve ever used. Hard to get your prescriptions picked up in a timely manner.

I only use this Walgreens because 9 times out of 10 , Lynn is working at the time I go and she is one of the nicest and most patient cashiers around! I wish there were more Lynn’s in this world !
