Ridiculously sad. Ordered white wall tires and they were all installed backwards. They didn’t even think to ASK before they put them on. Naturally, I had them install them the correct way. Was there for nearly three hours. Unfortunately, that was STILL not the end of my abhorrent experience. Each tire had 10psi too much. You really need to know how to find the psi for the specific vehicle if you work at an AUTOCENTER. Probably the last time I go here. The employee I spoke to would not admit the tires were on backwards, and he seemed so disinterested. Not my first negative experience here. It’s my fault at this point for assuming anyone here would know how to do their job.

Called them ahead of time to see if they were busy. They pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. This happened 3 times. Got the vehicle to the center. They told me they couldn't get the work done even with plenty of time and personal standing around. After they get the last car done they close up shop very early. I don't recommend this center. The counterpart auto center in La Vergne has great service though.

Whatever you do, DO NOT COME HERE. Had an oil leak 2 hrs after they changed my oil and it messed my whole car up. When I called & tried to get them to fix and send a tow truck to get the car because it wasn’t driveable since there was no oil in there, they said I can get someone else to fix it and as long as I have the recept they would reimburse me. Did that & went up there with receipts and pictures, they said they couldn’t pay for someone else’s work and basically told me to duck off. I've taken my cars to different places to get the oil changed. Sometimes I pay a lot. But here recently I learned that those other places just don't do anything any better than the great people at Walmart. So for the price I get a much better value for my hard-earned money at this Walmart. I used to pay more at those other places because I thought they had a guarantee. Well one of those places almost blew up my engine one time because they didn't put the oil in and when I went to tell him that they messed up my car the manager told me that they have lawyers ready for people like me and I wouldn't stand a chance of getting my car fixed anytime soon and I'd probably run out of money before they got done. So after that happened, I went back over there to talk to him again and he was gone! Corporate had moved him away to another place.So now I'm just going to go to Walmart. I'm going to check my dipstick and my oil filter is on good. That's it. It's as simple as that. I'm going to give my support to people who do better and help more. If you are going shopping, you might as well get your oil changed, too.

Got 4 new tires here a while back. And just now noticing they put someone else's hubcap on my passenger side wheel. Replacement hubcap is $150 for the hubcap, cost more than the tire itself. Not acceptable. Place wasn't even busy when I came by

The oil change was fast and effective but the lady (Dawn) at the desk had the worst attitude. She huffed, puffed every time she had to go and help someone, she criticized fellow employee and just kept having a terrible attitude the whole time. I don't usually do this because I give people the benefit that she might have had something bad happen that day to put them in a bad mood but it was beyond ridiculous. She is the only reason for 1 star. Otherwise it would have been higher for the service.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. The attendant, Dawn, was so rude and unprofessional to the customer before me that I knew I would surely have a poor experience. I was totally shocked at her impoliteness to the customers around. I even felt bad for her..If you dislike your job that much, you should look for something better. I worked in retail my whole adult life so I understand it’s a stressful environment. However, her poor attitude seemed socially accepted by the other customers and employees.When it was my turn, i asked her for a battery change she walked me to the battery section and walked away from me mid sentence as I had questions ab the products. It seemed busier than usual there so I searched on my own. As I checked out at the Autocare register and walk out, she smoking outside with a friend right outside the door. The experience so bad, that I opted to go to another location to find service. Very poor customer service and wouldn’t recommend this location.

Did the job not how I asked them to but it got done and they tried to charge me for an extra warranty I told them ahead of time I didn't want.

If I could give less than one star then I would, but that’s not possible! Please don’t waste your time with this auto center. This place is run by an incompetent Mgr named (Yolanda) and a crew member named (Dawn) that lack the common sense of how to deal with customers.Long story short, instead of an oil change that my van was there for, they ended up replacing a tire on it. Not only did they do a tire change on the wrong car, but also they put the wrong size tire on my van ! My van has 235/60R17s they installed a215/55R17s. If that wasn’t bad enough, they actually took off a brand new tire off my van ( I had purchased 2 weeks earlier from this exact location and they installed them).Yolanda the auto center mgr, and Dawn the cashier instead of taking responsibility for the problem and apologize for the inconvenience it has caused us, they tried to hold us against our will in the store until they fix it, because we said we couldn’t wait any longer due to our kids being at home by themselves. Mind you we have already been there for 2 hours. I told Yolanda that I will bring the van back tomorrow morning and they can put the right tire back on and do the oil change, but she said no you can’t leave with the wrong tire! Also not once did neither Yolanda nor Dawn apologize for their mess up, however, they were very very apologetic to the owner of the car that was supposed to get a tire change she was an older white lady and had a Red Toyota Camry, and mine is Gray Toyota Sienna. I don’t want to make this about race, but it’s hard not to!Store mgrs Palawan, Hogar, shaylan, showed up and resolved the issue by allowing me to go and bring the car back the next morning. All three were very professional and understanding of the situation and requested a opportunity to correct the issue. Kudos to you for being professionals, and being so calm and listening to your customers!Yolanda, Dawn need to take classes on how to deal with customers with respect and learn how to take ownership of their mistakes!Service: Oil change

The auto shop was supposed to open at 7am didn’t open until 7:15. I literally was sitting in the dark waiting the woman by the name of dawn walked in as if she wasn’t late then didn’t me at all had a nasty attitude so i gave my information and left. I came back to check on my car (because they told me it would take 15mins) but it wasn’t ready, mind you i was the first one here. I then proceeded to ask dawn if i could pay for my items in the back and she still had her nasty attitude so i went to the front instead, i also would like to insert that she only had a disgusting attitude with me a black woman but was nice and lovable to the white man after me. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND VERY LAST TIME GETTING MY OIL CHANGED HERE because of the way i was treated. It’s to early to have a disgusting attitude and to be rude for no reason.Service: Oil change

Went in a few weeks ago to get an oil change. Got in the car and oil was everywhere in and on the car. On the door, door handle, steering wheel, door frame, shifter and on my seat. And now I'm having problems with the car so I popped the hood and find an oil wrench and no oil cap. Walmart is the worst place on earth for auto care. I will be calling corporate today.Service: Oil change
