This bank is so worthless. It is so behind in technology and how you can bank online. I'm in the process of changing to a new bank. It is so difficult to bank here compared to majority of banks today. They are about 20+ years behind.

I have had great customer service from this location unlike the one in Dayton, whose staff is always rude and disrespectful even when I am being nice to them. This location has helped alot with getting a loan or other simple tasks and they are very polite and courteous. I just love this location.

Banking here has been the worst banking experience of my life. You would be better off anywhere else.
