The worst customer service!I called to check on a package, after multiple attempts to navigate the utterly useless automated answering service, I finally was able to ring through to a human being, just to be hung up on without even the answering party having the common decency to say hello. What a pitiful excuse for customer service. You can’t get any lower.This is. Not my first negative experience at the Soddy Daisy CVS location. My advice is to avoid if possible. Otherwise good luck to you fine people who insist on dealing with this lackluster establishment. ????

Prescription was out of stock and instead of giving me all the info I needed to know, I was told different things by different team members in the pharmacy and ended up having to go back with questions multiple times to get the full story. Very unhelpful. Boo.

I've already filled out the survey on the receipt, but Rachel needs some customer service training while supervised as she clearly had her eyes closed the first time around. She was unhelpful and rude and made us feel like an inconvenience. A real inconvenience is a staff member who, without trying anything first, announces she can't help. Then begrudgingly does what she should've done the first time. You would assume someone her age would know better.

Ok, I need to leave a review. I'm broken as hell, lots of health issues. I dread going to the drug store to pick up more meds. The ladies here always so friendly. They even remember my name. I appreciate you ladies greatly.One woman particular is always makes my heart smile, Traci White. She has such good energy and is always so incredibly sweet. I even started going inside instead of using the drive - thru because her demeanor is always so kind and brightens my day. Her empathy and kind words of encouragement are so genuine and you can tell it comes from the heart. Thank you Traci for being you. ❤️

Sitting in line just finished waiting in the drive through line for 5 minutes to have the CVS employee tell me we are closed. I said it is 6:03. He said, we close at 6:00

They have inconvenient hours on Friday/Saturday (for me), but I like doing business here. They always have my prescription ready when they say they will, unlike their competitors. I find the store to be well stocked and organized.

The hours need to be updated. I walked up to the door at 5 after 8 on a Wednesday and the doors were locked and no one in sight inside. Went across the street to Walgreens and they said they’ve been opening at 9. So just FYI - the signs still say 8 but apparently inaccurate. ??♀️

Whoever was working the registers in the pharmacy the afternoon of December 13 deserves a raise! She was kind, considerate, thorough, and fast. The line was long and the phones were ringing and there were cars in the drive thru, but she stayed calm through it all! Thank you!

Stood in line for 20 minutes to get our flu vaccines. Signs everywhere promoting vaccination at their pharmacy. Finally made it to the front only to be told they weren’t providing vaccines that day because “they were behind.” No notices posted anywhere. Total waste of time. Additionally, the lady in front of me in line was given the wrong prescription…steroid pack instead of a Z pack of antibiotics. Scary. Don’t go here. There’s other pharmacies across the street that were glad to help us.

We just changed my husband's prescriptions to CVS and everytime I call I hear it will takes hours to get our refills because they have 200 and something prescriptions to get done. I'll take his prescriptions to Walmart, I get better service there with my prescriptions there,I might have to stand in line at Walmart but I do at CVS and it takes hours to get his meds and the men are rude!!!

Went to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled at 5:30. The girl at the window said someone would call me when it was ready. By 8:30 I hadn’t heard anything, so I called to see if it was ready since I’m down the road and would’ve been there in 5 minutes. They just let the phone ring for 20 minutes. I finally got ahold of someone in the store and asked her if they were gone or just not answering the phone. She said “They probably aren’t answering you because they’re trying to close up” I’m sorry? but since when do you get to ignore customers for 30 minutes before you close? You close at 9 meaning you close at 9. That doesn’t mean ignore your customers starting at 8 because you close at 9. If that’s the case, then your operating hours on your window need to be changed.

Pharmacy is very bad! They don't answer their phones for hours...I've been on hold over 2 hours! I will never do business with them again. Might as well close it permanently!

Your medications are never ready in a timely manner. Theyveuther text you multiple times a day wanting you to refill a med you haven't taken in 2 years or don't text you at all to tell you one you need is ready. Their are a couple of staff that aren't rude but not many. apparently today none of the staff showed up so meds needed today were phoned in at 8 am and were not ready for pickup at 8 pm. I wonder how many people have been overcharged as half the time they don't even run my insurance and I have 2. Will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy.

The pharmacist and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I will be back for my flu shot! What a great pharmacy! Keep up the great work!
