We were in search of a good place to take our vehicles to be worked on and this place was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. There even dog friendly people too as we had our pet with us !! We drove over a hour to get there and it was worth the drive , thanks guys .

Never take your car to these people they price gouge so bad and if your a woman and are by yourself when you go there just know that they are gonna charge u for stuff u didn’t ask for and just so happen to find all these problems with your car that they make seem urgent to get you to spend more money they are liars and crooks and the women up front should be fired

Worst kind of people ever they are price gouging corrupt company and are just rude and will straight lie to your face and the woman at the window is incredibly rude and has a horrible attitude towards most people and they have lost my business and about 30 other people if not more I would never take them a car to work on smh and it’s been multiple people that will never do business with them again

this is the worst place ever. they do not follow their contract. their contract is a flat rate fee of $75 an hour. my boyfriend was there for less then two hours but they were going to charge him for two hours ($150) he was fine with this. he then goes to pay and they we’re charging him $225 (3 hours worth of work). he then explained to them that they weren’t following their contract. they simply did not care. they were also EXTREMELY disrespectful to him. so unless you want to be overcharged and disrespected, DO NOT GO HERE. My car has been giving me trouble for years. I have had it worked on by several people and spent alot of money. I took it to New Salem and it runs better than it has in years. They are great! I highly recommend them!
