The absolutely rudest person answered the phone. I asked him for a rough guesstimate for a time frame and he just said "Headed to Ooltewah and I'm headed your way." Said this 3xs in answer to my question. Not a time frame. He got loud and snippy and canceled my call. Classless! Please use someone else guys

he also owns brian’s towing on dayton blvd . worst experience i ever had with a towing company. suppose to be open from 8-5 and cannot get anyone to pick up the phone in the evening or morning , went to the office an no one was there until about 10am an charged way over price. i do not recommend this company or brian’s towing .Service: Local hauling

Scheduled to be towed from 7am to 8am. For some reason they arrived at 4:45am. They called me to see where I was, but I missed the call because I was... ya know... asleep! I called them back and they said they could get a truck out there at 8am. I stayed at my vehicle from 7am to 10am and no one showed up. I tried calling but the front desk was very disrespectful and unhelpful. I had cancel the service and go with another.Service: Car towing

Called for a tow & was told 45 minutes. After waiting 2 hours on them, they never showed up. I had to use another, more reliable tow service.

called to have someone pickup a vehicle for a customer of mine and said they could get it that evening and deliver in the morning. vehicle was not dropped off in the morning and my customer called to say it was never picked up. when i reached out to the company they said they didn't pick it up because it would be a different price than what was quoted. i understand the pricing difference but i never got called to explain the situation and now i have a ticked off customer. communication would have been nice.

I had this towing service pickup my car and take it to my mechanic. The driver was rude when he picked up the car, scratched and damaged my vehicle with his tow hooks, and was rude when I called the owner (Brian Smith) to understand what had happened to my car. I do not recommend calling this tow company, even if they are the last resort. Good luck - avoid these guys like the plague. Thanks

I called for a tow. They said an hour and half. After almost 2 hours, I called back and no answer. 3 hours later I left my.vehicle and took a Lyft home. It would have been nice to get a courtesy call or answer the phone to let us know if something came up. Instead we got left in the boonies and had to spend another 30 bucks on an uber and find a different tow service the next day.

Robby is amazing! I called him a bit short notice to tow a International Scout from Dunlap to Chattanooga. Not only did he get it there, he helped my boyfriend push it in the garage! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again! He's timely, friendly, and affordable! Thank you Robby!
