The pharmacy is always pretty good to me. The only problem that I have with the pharmacy is when I try to call in a prescription. The automated system can never pick up my name and birthday. Because I believe there's another person with the same date of birth or the same name as mine. But other than that, they're always on point, they're good at what they do, and they're very helpful.

The pharmacy is extremely slow at the Dayton, TN Location. They need to hire more pharmacy people.

I’ve used this pharmacy several times and it’s always been a good experience. For my most recent prescription, I called to ask how much it would be with GoodRx, the guy put me on hold for a few minutes while he checked for the best price he could get it down to. He apologized for the wait and with a busy store I really appreciate he took the time and got a $250+ initial cost down to just $20. The help I’ve gotten here is such a blessing and the folks here actually care which is very appreciated.

The lady at the front who answers the phones told me someone would be available in photos to take a picture for a passport. I called 5 minutes before I came and specifically asked if someone was available for this service and she said yes RUDELY! I get there 5 minutes later, wait in line, and tell her what I need. The young women who just answered the phone in the pharmacy was extraordinarily rude. I called with a concern about my daughters medication and she was not at all helpful, informative or comforting. She went out of her way to be rude and hateful and they have only been open an hour, so I feel for anyone else who has to deal with her throughout the day. When people are at the pharmacy, it's usually for an illness with themselves or a family member, my case a young child. Emotions are high. They truly need to keep this in mind and be more empathetic and sensitive to the clientele they are dealing with. This women took a stressful morning with my child and amplified it for no reason. Please try to be kind and caring ,Soddy Daisy Walgreens Pharmacy. “At the corner of happy and healthyâ€....... more like “at the corner of grumpy and rudeâ€!

Usually only get my medicines filled here. Love the pharmacy staff! Always polite n they make sure my meds are right and they care about their customers!
