Cake was ruined, I didn’t get a chance to take photos of what I saw when I opened it but the “happy birthday” was pushed all the way into the cake. I know I didn’t do it because I was extra cautious with it. I called asking for a refund and I was stuck on hold for 10 minutes trying to reach this department. Ridiculous. I tried my best to fix it and I couldn’t get it to even look remotely right.

i cannot find one store that has freedent gum other then that the delivery workers had better take their time to see that they drop the right grocery order to the correct person's home. last month they delivered my order that was over $100 to someone else and i had to wait for my money that they took out to get back in my bank.

I came to get formula around 5:30am for my baby because it is listed as 24/7 hours on yelp. The lights were on and doors were open. Lots of employees working but was told to leave because they are not open yet. I was shopping around for a while before 2 employees approached me. How embarrassing. It looked open and says they are open 24/7 online.

I am SO annoyed with Walmart in general for this. Every time I need to return something they have one person at the customer service desk trying to get through the line of people with issues. How hard is it for this multi billion dollar corporation to staff a few additional folks!? I am on my lunch break trying to make the best use of my time, popping in for a quick return of gluesticks ended up standing in line for 15 minutes, the line DID NOT MOVE AT ALL. Multiple other employees came and went from the service desk but did not assist any customers. So now I am headed back to work extremely frustrated. How complicated is the return process? I have worked retail, I have worked customer service, I have MANAGED these places/people.. how is this still an oversight? My feelings aren't specifically directed at the SD location, this is just where I've had my most recent incident. Get it together.

The management at this Wally World is pathetic, which for the management at this Walmart the word pathetic means miserably inadequate. I had taken my Mint Condition 2006 F250 in to this Walmart ever since I purchased it to get my tires rotated and balance. In the past I met each of their Bay Managers and they would make sure that I got great service. The worst day of my life happened near the end of 2019 when a clown balanced my beautiful chromed aluminum mags by hammering the lead weights on the outer rim of the wheels and anyone with a brain knows you either put on the stick on weights (which mine already had before he removed them) or hammer the weights to the inside of the wheel. Their manager Susan indicated that Walmart would pay for the repairs of the scratches and chips the day that it happened and her explanation for the stupidity was everyone makes mistakes but for the past 13 years they had service people who knew what they were doing by never trying to put the hammered on weights on the outside of aluminum chromed wheels. As I tried to get them repaired I was informed that it was impossible since they were chromed. This rocked on for months during the Covid pandemic (and they had closed the Service Center for a few months) so late last fall I caught Susan working on the floor and again mentioned that I felt that although I couldn't get them repaired that Walmart should at least pay a small amount for the three damaged wheels (I told her if the Wheel Dr. would have been able to repair the wheels his cost would have been between $80 to $100 per Wheel), she took my number and said she would discuss with her store manager and get back, I never heard another word from her since then and since I've had cancer for the past ten years and currently on Chemo I don't make it a habit of shopping in their store anymore than I have to since they don't enforce the mask rules to everyone that comes into the store. To beat it all she promoted Jacob, the kid that screwed up my wheels, to Manager over the Service Bay after I told her that I wouldn't let him work on my Bicycle much less my vehicles, so Soddy Daisy Walmart shoppers who utilize the Auto Service Center beware of who you let work on your vehicles because if they make a mistake they try their best to slither away from taking responsibility for their actions.

There stockers have no idea what there doing they put stuff in completely wrong places I found a gun site that I really wanted I got up to the register it rang up as 40$ on the tag it said 20 I talked to the manager he said there was nothing to do. I find it annoying that they have false advertising like that and people that can't put stuff in the right place

Walmart has everything. It has pregnant people, it has large people, and occasionally you'll even see a small dog in this particular location. This one is not as crowded as most Walmarts being it is located in Soddy-Daisy. that makes it a lot easier to get him find what you want and get out as quickly as possible. Unless you have to, do NOT ever go to this location at night. There is only one register open and it's always full. You can make a HUGE joke of memes while you wait, that's what I do.

We are not Walmart fans but this one is great! Good selection of groceries, which is awesome because this is the closest grocery store for 15 minutes. Always some deals in the seasonal section behind toy section!

Had great service checking out today. No rudeness and very polite. Only issue I had was, and I know they have to stock shelves but do they have to make you walk all the way down the main isle to get to the other side. Lol I try to squeeze between the pallets so I can get to the other side... That's the only con to this trip.
